First visit here and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly, communicative and respectful of my time. While they didn't check my blinkers or anything, I can't say I'm upset it about it. The dealer does my in depth inspections, etc. and because I was more concerned about time today, a timely, in and out oil change is what I was looking for and what I received. The dealer takes two hours for an oil change, this took roughly 20-30 minutes. My expectations were met and I will use them again. Service: Oil change

This location on Yelm Highway is always, quick,efficient and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I like their service so much I drive from Yelm. There is a Jiffy Lube in Yelm, they are always busy and their service sucks. We need a Valvoline in Yelm. Service: Oil change

First time getting an oil change here. The staff were nice but they spilled so much oil onto my skid plate that it's dripped a large puddle onto my driveway. Won't be going back. Edit: I checked my oil and found that they had overfilled by just under a quart, went back to have them let some out, checked again when I got home and it's still a half quart too much. Going to the dealer to have my vehicle properly inspected and serviced. I wonder how many engines they've ruined with their incompetence.

Fantastic service! There were many people working and they were so in sync with each other. The open communication with each other was also great! I usually go to the Marvin road location in Lacey, and love that location. I recently moved and chose the Whitman lane location because it is closer to my house. Huge mistake. I was over charged for a routine oil change, and the service technicians checked absolutely nothing. Not the transmission fluid levels, not the blinkers, they simply just changed the oil and nothing else. Another customer who was there after me in a bigger and newer vehicle than mine was charged $50 dollars less than what I was charged and I noticed the techs checking that customers blinkers and other fluids on their vehicle. I will never go back to this location. Not ever..

Anytime I’m not able to get my oil change done myself, I whip down to Valvoline and am in and out and of there. Very respectful staff, especially Arthur. Thanks for the customer service

My spouse and I have been going to them for years for oil changes and they have always been excellent, and honest. I recently went in to get my oil changed and they checked the oil and showed me that it didn't need to be replaced yet. They could have easily taken my money for an unnecessary service, but instead, were honest and let me know when I needed to come back. They even topped all fluids for free. They've also helped my spouse multiple times when we were having issues with the oil cap in our other car. I've always had great experiences with them, and especially appreciate an honestly run business, which is so hard to find these days! We will definitely be back. 5 stars!

No paper receipt provided. Was told they only email them and didn't receive one that way either. Called 20 minutes prior to closing time and was told to call back tomorrow because the manager shut the till down. During the service I asked about the other fluids and specifically the trans and the response was there is no dipstick to check. Obviously this guy was either unqualified for this job or is just simply an incompetent piece of s***. No window cleaning, no tire check basically no service just a large bill. Do not go here unless you like to pay a lot for a $5 dollar filter and $20 Dollars worth of oil. This was the most pathetic experience I've had with what is supposed to be a service.

Horrible place to go. I have always used the Shelton facility and been so happy with them. We recently moved and I picked this one on Whitman as it was the nearest one. What a shock!! They did not check anything even though I asked. They just changed the oil, I think. I'm not even sure they did that. I had to ask specifically again if they checked the transmission level. The person at the computer gave me some song and dance about it being a closed system. I told him point blank that it was not. Then they actually check it. As an older person I count on the places I go to be honest and respectful to the customer. This was a joke. I will never go here again. I would rather loose the use of my car for the day at the dealership. Services: Oil change, Transmission
