Had a payment arrangement on my account. Went in store to pay. T-Mobile still took money out of my account. When I was told it would not pull. Any other store I've been to made things right. The Roy store did not! There always so egar for a sale. But when it comes to something like a simple thing like paying on your bill. You get treated like your wasting there time. This isn't the first encounter with this store. They defently need training on there skills. Both times i've been in the store. It has made me want to leave T-mobile. Why have a store. When there no help at all! 😡

I'm overall discouraged and frustrated with this cell service! Equipment malfunctions and overloaded memory because they don't service this phone LG51. LG doesn't make it so your stuck even with the protection plan. The updates fill up the phone and phone has issues and you're stuck with it until you buy a new one. Customer service and technical support act put out that you're looking for assistance for a phone they stick you with in the beginning.

Customer service at this location was very good. My husband purchased his new phone from this location, and staff was helpful in downloading his other phone data. My own phone was low on power, and they let me charge it using one of their chargers.

I was told to call T-Mobile customer service if I was still having issues with my phone. I called customer service to have the calls disconnect on me. I called this store to see if they could help. They indicated that they could. I showed up to the store, they didn’t even pull up my info. They started messing with my phone and told me it works fine. But when I asked why my voicemail wasn’t working or why my phone wasn’t ringing when someone was trying to call me. I was told it wasn’t their problem and their was nothing they can do. The girl I was dealing with was being rude and disrespectful and seemed to be smirking that my business is suffering due to the issues I was having. I was trying hard to be professional. But when she was smirking at me. I will admit that’s when I completely lost it, said some things I shouldn’t have and stormed out. It’s rude when a customer is having a real problem and your team of “experts“ are smirking at you and telling you they can’t do anything for you. T-Mobile is costing my small business money because my clients can’t get a hold of me! And they have the nerve to say it’s not their problem when it’s network issue and not an apple issue. I’m at the point of leaving T-Mobile. This problem has been going on for months. Reached out to the email they provide in the below comment a week ago. And have not received a response. I’m really disappointed in the costumer service I have received at this location. I would never recommend this location.

This review comes from a Version customer, so I haven't had to deal with T-Mobiles network. I do have to say though, going into their store was a unique experience that I'll never have again. The fact that the employees are very knowledgable in their professions, and happen to create a relaxed mood makes me feel like this could be such an obscure chill spot for the local teenagers. It's that relaxed.

I went into T-Mobile in Roy today to see if I could get my daughter’s phone screen fixed and was greeted right away with a “Hi there! Welcome to T-Mobile! We’ll be right with you!” After a brief wait, Jake R. Came out from the back and helped me submit an insurance claim. We talked a bit while doing so and found we have a lot in common. He is very knowledgeable and kept me at ease the entire time. After the claim was submitted, I noticed a sale sign for an Onyx speaker and asked him about it. Jake R. then showed me the speaker and explained how the sale worked. I wanted the speaker anyway, so getting it at a huge discount plus an accessory always a huge bonus! For a while I was the only patron in the store and other members of staff came to talk with Jake and I about the products I was purchasing and what I might use them for. I felt super special because I haven’t ever been treated like this in any other store I had been in. I will definitely be back for all of my phone needs and seek Jake R out!!

Jacob R. made the visit to the T-Mobile store very fun. He was very energetic and happy to help us with whatever we needed. He’s the guy to go to for all your T-Mobile needs. My dad really enjoyed his customer service and had a blast hanging out at the store. Thanks Jacob!

Went in to take advantage of a great deal on upgrades for 3 of my lines. Jacob R helped me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. If he didn't know or was unsure he hit up his manager and confirmed. He did a great job at making me feel like I was getting a good deal.

Wonderful experience today switching to T-Mobile. Jacob was amazing and very thorough. He ensured we got the best deal possible on our phone plan and also made sure everything was in working order before we left the store.

The guys at this location were really nice, but took about an hour to do what should have taken ten minutes. No other customers besides me. They just had a hard time figuring out what they were doing and moved without any sense of haste the whole time.
