I'm sure corporate limits thier employees as far as billing disputes etc.....and they are somewhat helpful. THE PHONE SERVICE HERE FROM THIS CARRIER IS REALLY REALLY BAD. And don't give them a credit card for automatic payments, you will be sorry.

I traded in my Pixel 4xl and paid to upgrade to an S21. I was told the transaction was all taken care of and I made 100% sure that I wouldn't be making payments. They told me I wouldn't. The next bill I get shows that I still owe over 400 dollars on this phone. After calling customer service I found that they only valued my trade in at $500 and decided not to let me know. The employees here lied to my face and now I'm stuck with payments for the next 2 years. Only go here if you are willing to get scammed.

Spencer F and Aniston helped us get some phones and watches hooked up on August 21,2021. I even got a brand new iPhone 12 Pro and hooked up my Apple Watch! Their service was super good! They’re super knowledgeable and super friendly. Very good guys to work with. T Mobile is really doing good ! Highly recommend!

We came in this morning with 7 phones to switch around, upgrade and add to a new line. RAQUEL WAS AMAZING! She worked hard for us to get the best deals and promotions. She was patient and affective and very detail oriented. We were absolutely blown away and impressed with all she did to help us. By far the best customer service we’ve ever received! Thanks so so much Raquel! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!!

Honestly not what I expected! Went in expecting a poor experience of a new phone trying to be shoved down my throat but no! Ray helped me through the process and was very kind, Informative, and honest about pricing and the options I had available to me. Left with a phone I'm very happy with and also a good experience with TMobile. Give this guy a raise!

I went in to simply trade in my phone and get a new one. When asked if I will switch to the new T-Mobile internet, I said no. I told them my current internet was cheaper and I'd never had a problem with it. They kept insisting and insisting despite how many times I said no. I finally said yes because I wanted them to stop. I regretted it immediately and as soon as I got the modem in the mail, I went into the store to return it and close down the line. The guy I worked with was the one who initially pressured me into it. He was incredibly rude and started guilt-tripping me about his bills because he got a bonus or something for getting me to sign up for the internet. I guess he was going to have to give it back and was making sure I knew that I was making it hard for him to pay his bills. It was so uncomfortable and I don't think I'll return to this store.

The best customer experience I have ever had with T-mobile was at this store. Austin was incredible genuinely good guy who cares about you as the customer and has a tremendous depth of competence to put it into action.

The coverage it’s self has been great, I had sprint and they recently merged with t Mobile and I’d say my coverage has been the same if not better. But I’m very disappointed in the employees ability to help me. I wanted to order a new tablet and the TWO times I went in no one could help, they said they didn’t know how. They encouraged me to just buy it somewhere else, which is NOT what I wanted to do. They also seemed like they just didn’t even want to help. They need to be trained to be able to deal with the sprint side since they now do both. I’m definitely not happy.
