I love taking my dogs to see Dr. Esplin and Dr. Francisco. Their office is always clean and their staff are friendly and helpful. The doctors are attentive and really listen to any concerns we have. When they've had to deliver us bad news they do it in a way that shows they care. They are very popular so there is a bit of a wait time, but it's worth it! ~Amy

Overall I really enjoyed this clinic. It was clean, staff were friendly, considerate, and there was a lot of good informational books for me to read while I waited. The one thing that stood out to me and was a huge red flag was that I was told to fast my rabbit for 12 hours before her spay surgery. This is a huge red flag to me because rabbits can die if they go without food for this long. I did talk to the Vet during our pre op check up and told them about this for which they apologized and offered to talk to the person who gave me this information, which I appreciated. After the surgery they provided my rabbit with an e-collar which was a horrible option *in my opinion*. The collar bumped into everything and startled her and didn't allow her to do basic grooming which is important for their mood and recovery after a surgery. I ended up putting a sock collar on her after about 12 hours of her not eating and noticed an immediate improvement and change in her attitude and wished they'd done this to begin with. Overall I really appreciated their communication, the cleanliness of their clinic and the fact that they provided me with detailed paperwork and post op instructions, however they definitely need to work on their shared knowledge for exotics and what will work best to help their post op recovery ~SIDEQUEST
AT&T Store
I went in for my next up upgrade and only had to wait about 2 minutes to be helped. Spoke with Hayden on the phone beforehand and in-store and he was super helpful. When I actually settled on a new iPhone and needed to transfer my data over from Samsung, the manager Wyatt did everything to make sure I got as much as possible off my old phone, even when it seemed to come up with errors initially. But I have all my old photos and videos as well as apps. Everyone was super friendly and I got top notch service ~Trevor
Little Caesars Pizza
They didn't have any hot and ready pizzas. There seemed to be a lot of standings around, but it could be because they were waiting for pizzas to cook. They were really nice and asked if I had been helped a few times. Google took us to the wrong location. There were only two chairs and there were a bunch of us waiting for 10-15 minutes. ~Weston

They are great to deal until they finish the job and get your check. We have called Mike dozen of times but he either give us an excuse or just ignore our calls, text and emails. It is very sad because we though it was a friendly business and right now we have a system that cost us over $7000 but some cameras are no longer working. I will update this review if they contact me in the future and fix what is not working and we paid for. I will also open a complain with the BBB very soon. ~Minnie

Most ridiculous home depot you can deliver too. They tell their customers to park out back. And truck drivers cannot unload. Also so much product you cannot turn around. Unsafe and very unorganized ~Preston
U.S. Bank Branch
Everything was fine when I first got started, signing up was fun and smooth, I thought everything was fine. Then I get a notice about a week later, that my address needed to be proven to take a hold off my account. So I did just that. Went into see Tyrell. He takes the hold off my account and again, I think everything is fine and dandy. I woke up at 5 AM this morning to see my account was GONE. No warning, no email, no call, nothing. My money is just gone. I call and it takes 3 people to tell me that my address wasn’t verified (even though I had come in to prove my address) and for that, they deemed my account fraudulent and terminated it. It also took two phone calls to find out that they’d be sending me a cashier’s check to replenish my money that was in the account before it was terminated. I also was told before that call that they had no idea where my money was and it might have gone to collections. That’s so REASSURING TO HEAR FROM A BANK. Andrea was great and super helpful and super apologetic but unfortunately this experience completely deterred me from this branch and I will not be using US Bank’s services again. ~Quinn

Absolutely awful customer service at this branch. They didn’t even acknowledge us until 10 minutes of standing there. We wanted to open an account but after ANOTHER 20 minutes of waiting we left. Don’t waste your time folks! ~Kyley
