Everything was fine when I first got started, signing up was fun and smooth, I thought everything was fine. Then I get a notice about a week later, that my address needed to be proven to take a hold off my account. So I did just that. Went into see Tyrell. He takes the hold off my account and again, I think everything is fine and dandy. I woke up at 5 AM this morning to see my account was GONE. No warning, no email, no call, nothing. My money is just gone. I call and it takes 3 people to tell me that my address wasn’t verified (even though I had come in to prove my address) and for that, they deemed my account fraudulent and terminated it. It also took two phone calls to find out that they’d be sending me a cashier’s check to replenish my money that was in the account before it was terminated. I also was told before that call that they had no idea where my money was and it might have gone to collections. That’s so REASSURING TO HEAR FROM A BANK.
Andrea was great and super helpful and super apologetic but unfortunately this experience completely deterred me from this branch and I will not be using US Bank’s services again. ~Quinn
