Everything was fine when I first got started, signing up was fun and smooth, I thought everything was fine. Then I get a notice about a week later, that my address needed to be proven to take a hold off my account. So I did just that. Went into see Tyrell. He takes the hold off my account and again, I think everything is fine and dandy. I woke up at 5 AM this morning to see my account was GONE. No warning, no email, no call, nothing. My money is just gone. I call and it takes 3 people to tell me that my address wasn’t verified (even though I had come in to prove my address) and for that, they deemed my account fraudulent and terminated it. It also took two phone calls to find out that they’d be sending me a cashier’s check to replenish my money that was in the account before it was terminated. I also was told before that call that they had no idea where my money was and it might have gone to collections. That’s so REASSURING TO HEAR FROM A BANK. Andrea was great and super helpful and super apologetic but unfortunately this experience completely deterred me from this branch and I will not be using US Bank’s services again.

Big problem with this Branch being inside a grocery store! The psychology is, you will wind up shopping at Smiths Grocery Store if you bank with this USBank. NO drive through is very inconvenient especially now during COVID-19! I get my groceries curbside so I had to also transfer my prescriptions from Smiths Pharmacy to Walmart so I coukd get free home delivery. I called USBank yesterday to get 2 $10 quarter rolls BUT was told I would have to go inside to sign for them!! My Debit Card & my Photo License I.D should be all that's needed!!

The guy there was rude and expected me to pay a fee to cash a check that was a US Bank check I had been given. I have never had to do that before at any bank and certainly won't be doing it there.

I am very disappointed in Customer Service for Credit Card accts....I closed my secured credit card account...a year ago...as far as I knew it was closed...my mistake to think they would automatically send me SECURITY DEPOSIT !!!! I forgot about the security deposit until this year when the bank sent me a notice about an annual fee for the acct. I went into the bank and thought (again) we had everything straightened out...so now a month later I called credit card services and had to hold on + give my info 3 TIMES FOR A TOTAL OF 1/2 HOUR!!!! The 3rd dept. finally told me my $ had been sent and my acct. closed! WHY COULDN'T THE ORIGINAL PERSON WHO GOT MY INFORMATION TELL ME THAT!!!!!!! GRRR.

The Cedar City office for US Bank rocks! When I first moved here I opened a business account at US Bank. Now I have transferred ALL of my bank accounts to them. Katie the manager has been super helpful with transferring all my accounts, refinancing my vehicles (and getting me better rates) and hooking me up with a US Bank mortgage officer to help me buy a new house at great rate. She is always just a phone call away for any questions or problems I have and always knows how to solve them, and if she can't, she knows who to send me to that can! I love this bank!

I have banked here for several years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff has been friendly, helpful and knows my name. My checking account has no fees, credit card has no interest for a year. Several family members are taking advantage of their $200 bonus for opening a checking account this week.

The staff is courteous, except for the manager Katie. She is very rude and blames the customer for branch mistakes and system errors. When I asked to speak to a supervisor over Katie she said there was none and there would be no one to place my complants to; holding her unaccountable for her actions.

Couldn't ask for a better branch to bank at! Katie is amazing and has excellent customer service abilities. The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and ensure you get the best service possible. I highly recommend contacting your branch before becoming frustrated dealing with the 800 customer service number.

My parents just moved to Cedar City and have had nothing but trouble with the guy doing their loan at US Bank. The real estate agent (who is a horrible agent herself)and parents have been waiting on him to get the papers ready to close and he just keeps putting them off day after day and never answers his phone. He keeps giving them excuses as to why he is not answering and hasn't done anything. It is frustrating because he knows they are homeless, but doesn't seem to care. He lies to them and should not be working with people apparently. Really disappointed with the US Bank in Cedar City and the Remax real estate.
