I ordered regular crust, I got VERY thin crust. And the crust was so hard it about broke a tooth. The bread sticks are old and nasty. I was not happy! 2nd time eating there and both time it was bad! Don't think I will be back!

I have been to world-class pizzerias in NYC, Chicago, as well as in France and Italy. This Little Caesar’s puts them all to shame.

The five dollar pizza is now $7.50 and they have cut way back on cheese and sauce. It was mostly crust with pepperoni so it was quite disappointing since they raise the price so much. The crust tasted good but that’s really all there was.

They didn't have any hot and ready pizzas. There seemed to be a lot of standings around, but it could be because they were waiting for pizzas to cook. They were really nice and asked if I had been helped a few times. Google took us to the wrong location. There were only two chairs and there were a bunch of us waiting for 10-15 minutes.

Food is consistently great, never had a problem, but the customer service is so dry. There's a particular cashier who is NEVER friendly, never asks what I want or how I am, and stares expectantly at you. Never says goodbye in any form. My only complaint here 😄

Waited a good half an hour and never got an email saying my order was ready. I went in and asked, and they had my pizza just sitting there ready for me, completely cold. I asked why I never got an email saying it was ready, the worker acted all clueless.

The deep dish pizza is great, but the crazy bread has been bad more than good either it is ice cold or there is no garlic on it. I order from here at least 3 times a month and have had the crazy bread every time it disappointed me everytime but one. I will continue to eat the pizza, but will not order the crazy bread again.

Waited for over 40 minutes to get a cheese pizza and ICB. I received an email twice saying my pizza was ready with the Cashier. Both times he said it wasn’t ready yet and couldn’t give me an expected estimated time. I had ordered on the app hours before. After 40 minutes of waiting I asked for an estimated time it would be ready and he still didn’t have a time. I requested a refund and left. Although the cashier was kind and definitely doing his best with what the team could do, dozens of orders came and went while I waited. Manager came up to approve refund and didn’t say a word, would have liked some solution where the next order could have been prioritized. Not happy overall with such a small order while trying my best to be patient and understanding.

2 minutes ago We were staying in cedar city a few nights and ordered pizza here on our last night, this is the worst pizza I've ever had. Didn't look or taste like little Caesars, stuffed crust pizza and breadsticks were both salty and a little over cooked, huge crust not enough cheese on the Hawaiin pizza. The breadsticks were also all connected and just looked like one big blob.
