Friendly, professional staff from the front person to the Vet. Vet was able to explain everything and took time to answer all questions. Excellent “bedside” manner. Prices are reasonable. Flexible scheduling, next day and same day (same day has a fee though, but if you need it you need it). The app they are associated with makes it easy to schedule appts.

The doctors and assistants were very caring and helpful. The doctors seem very knowledgeable and spent time explaining in detail the problem with my dog. The pricing seemed very reasonable for the care provided. I had an urgent problem with my dog and I liked that they were able to take me in the same day I called.

I’ve always loved taking my dogs here. The vets are amazing and knowledgeable and don’t leave any stone unturned, and getting an appointment is easy. I’m lucky to live near the clinic when my dog was having an emergency, and they took him in within 30min of me calling. But my favorite thing has to be how personal the staff is! Not only are they super friendly, but I love that they ALWAYS call about my pet the day after and ask follow up questions to check in on how my dog is doing. Dakota, Scout, and Bella thank you for all you’ve done!

Friendly, professional service. The staff very clearly enjoys caring for the animals. Easy communication. All I had to do was call for an appointment, arrive in the small and easy to navigate parking lot with plenty of parking, call to let them know I had arrived, then a very short wait until the technician came to answer any questions and take in my animal. They called when the animals were finished with their procedure so I didn't have to wait in the parking lot. I ran errands at the shops nearby until I had received their call, then called when I had returned to the parking lot and the animals were brought out to me. They took time to explain the procedures. They took great care of our animals. My new favorite animal hospital!

I took my two puppies of 8weeks old and even though I wasn't allowed in the staff were helpful and nice, that being said there was a brief moment where I felt like they were very pushy on the neutering of my pups I made it clear that I wasn't interested in hurting my pups or having them go through any treatment or process that wasn't necessary and they kept insisting I'm not sure what that was all about but it could of just been that instance. Another thing I found is that you should ask about all the prices specifically and not go off of what they tell you on the phone for my case they failed to mention a certain 5$ fee for medical transfer or something to that nature I wasn't upset about it as it is just 5$ but I still felt like it was something the customer should know before showing up. Overall I feel the service and staff were great helpful and informative but a bit over pressuring.

Just had the best experience here! Brought my big boy, Zeus, to Victoria Animal Hospital and I'm overjoyed I found our new Vet!! They are so wonderful, took great care of Zeus, taught me how to clean his ears, and even called the next day to check on him. Zeus loves them, too! Thank you so much!!

My vet would not respond to me about an ear infection in my 15 year old dog, so I called Victoria Animal Hospital and they got us right in. They were so kind to my dog and so professional. Their prices are better than my regular vet's prices. I will definitely recommend this business in the future.

A loyal owners cat was surrendered to our rescue because her owner passed away and no family members were able to keep her . She was seen by this Vet 6/22/21 and told the owners family member she was just underweight but overall healthy . You look at these pictures and tell me if she looks healthy ? How could they not Notice a baseball size tumor on her , how could they not know cancer was killing her slowly !!!! I don’t recommend this Vet at all!!!! To top it off we speak to the Vet to ask him a few questions he gets extremely defensive, rude and hangs up on us . If we can chose zero stars we would do so!

Wait times for being on hold have improved somewhat. Staff is always friendly & helpful. I board my 2 Boston Terriers here because the staff know them so well.
