Provide great veterinary care. Cordial staff, prompt responses and itemized billing. They do not pressure you to pursue their agenda, but instead lay out all the different options with the choice of opting in or out of care. Highly recommended based on the care of my cat and dog.

I currently have 4 dogs w/Dr Ramirez,he explains thoroughly what the circumstances are with your pet, they take the time to make sure your pet is taken care of, their email system is the best, instead of waiting on hold it’s best to email bc they respond promptly. My last experience was w/Luna & he suggested what action to take & of course he was right, now she is doing well, the staff does a good job also.I would recommend this clinic for your pet.

Long time visited this location but this lady She is racists the one in charge with black uniform today Thursday 6/30/2022 at 12:15 pm she left me waiting and treated other people who arrived after me for pick up medicine and when she gave me the medicine she did not put it in a bag. Too rude and bad customer service.

Dr. Ramírez and staff are wonderful. Dr. Ramírez is always honest and not pushy at all . The only downfall is that they only take appointments . For some reason I always need a last minute visit :-( but that’s on me not them . I definitely recommend this place to anyone that ask.

Truly a very supportive and professional staff it made my business with them very pleasant considering it was a very sad time for my family...I only wish I would've found them sooner for my pet care.

We love Dr. Ramirez and Los Angeles Vet Center! Our sweet tabby, Kiki, was a regular for 3+ years before we relocated to Australia. He’s an older cat with quite a few issues. Dr. Ramirez was always extremely understanding and professional and would never pressure us into any tests or unnecessary treatments. He would always offer options to treat our sick boy. One time I couldn’t get an appointment at short notice, so I booked with another vet clinic and I was absolutely shocked at how expensive it was for simple tests. This experience made me realize how much I value Dr. Ramirez and his team. I love that their business model allows any animal lover to access affordable veterinary care.

Make an appointment before arriving its usually very busy. Pet owners wait outside (under covered seating area) as vet technicians take your pet inside for their exam. The veterinarian will call you to go over exam findings. The parking lot is on the small side so you will have to find parking in the surrounding neighborhood.
