LAZY!! Went to return items and I did have preprinted labels for return but I was going to be deducted from my return which was pricey!! I asked the clerk if he could help me by letting me know how much would it be if I paid for return myself, his response “I don’t know” (shrug), I asked couldn’t you weight (not “whey”) …….to whom he kept referring to in a telephone conversation he was having prior to my request…….his answer “that means I would have to do my job and type in information for your answer” WOW!!!! “Ok sir, I’ll just take my business to someone who can help me and provide customer service” He says as I’m leaving “It’s already paid!!” That’s not what I asked you “whey” is definitely what I wanted to respond !!!

I came here simply to print some documents, but I guess phone calls are more important than the only customer in the store. He was on the phone for about 5 minutes then finally attended to me, only to get another phone call in the middle of it and just stopped attending to me at all. I didn't stay to know how long this phone call would take. Zero customer service. Oh by the way they charge $1.00 PER BLACK AND WHITE PAGE.

Worst customer service ever. And they close early. Way before their closing time. You’ll never know if they are open or not. The man that works their was very arrogant and said “nobody can talk to the manager because it’s family owned.”

opens at 9am but it was closed when I went past 10am. someone was late or called in to work, who cares , people need to have their packages shipped. owner of this place should fire whoever was supposed to be there. end of story.

Great place to get shipping, mailing, office stuff done without hassle. I used to take packages into the Post Office and wait forever in line. This is waaayyy better, usually only 1 or 2 in line. Service is prompt, efficient and friendly. I definitely recommend! Bill

I find the service extremely helpful and the staff very accommodating. I drop off packages daily and have never been treated rudely or made to wait. I recommend Postal World as a quick stop rather than waiting in lines at the post office.

This business has changed ever since they changed owner to the African guy it's been downhill. He is rude,lazy, and doesn't accept email bought Shipping. Asks customers to literally move their own boxes to the back. As a business owner completely wrong attitude since it's the customers that keep him open but he might not realize it. I've seen this business have alot of traffic but not so much anymore I see why now.
