Nancy, is so wonderful to my Bandit, he has congestive heart failure and many problems. She comes early for him. As you can see from the photos she does a wonderful job with him.

I took my boxer Titan for his first grooming and we were so happy with the entire experience. The groomer let me kept me updated on his visit and even sent me picture once he was done. Titan has a huge smile and was squeaky clean!

I used to bring my other dog here and they did a decent job. A few days ago, I took my puppy in and I gave specifics of how I wanted the cut and I repeatedly told her not too short and I still wanted him to be fluffy. Also, don't touch the ears, please leave those alone. Well, it seems like she heard nothing of what I said. They cut off 3/4 of his hair so no fluff was left. The cut was just a cut no style really. He looks so sad. The ears were trimmed and also his nails were left sharp. I was very disappointed on the service provided and also that they don't value their customers instructions. They definitely lost a customer. Customers beware they will not take notes, maybe mental notes and that failed!

Took my dog Duchess for several years. They treated her so special. Duchess passed in 2018 at age 19 but I will never forget how wonderfully they treated her. I recommend the business to all dog owners.

Mutts Makeover Salon is the best place to take your beloved pets. I am so happy I found this awesome pet salon because I have had unpleasant experiences in the past with different groomers around El Paso. But now I have peace of mind, knowing my poodle will be very well taken care of and the prices are more than reasonable. Make sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment, I’m glad I did because my dog was in and out. I will gladly recommend Mutts Makeover Salon to friends and family. Will definitely be coming back!
