Tried to make an appointment online twice. Never got a call. Thought I'd show up this morning at 7:30am, which is listed as their opening hours here (couldn't find on web site). at 7:35 called with no answer. Saw someone moving in side and discovered a man sleeping on a couch under a blanket. I knocked, the man got up and opened the door, and informed me they didn't open until 8. I told him the hours are listed as 7:30 and I guess I'll have to wait. He asked if I had an appointment and I let him know that I didn't but tried to make one. He said they are appointment only, locked the door, and went back to the couch to lay down. Just amazed that someone appears to be sleeping there overnight and at the lack of customer service. Will never go there again.

They work miracles with my dog. He comes out a totally different dog LOL. Prices seem reasonable, and the human working the front desk is quite nice/patient.

Ive been taking my dog for nail trims for over a year and I just tried taking him and the “manager” said I have to come before 11am. I work a Monday-Friday job. 7-3. He stated they also close at 11 because of Covid they have been slow. Which isn’t true as ive Been going after 11am every time I’ve brought my dog. The manager proceeded to tell me I was wrong and this is how it’s always been. I will no longer recommend this place. Poor customer service. And ridiculous hours.

I was so pleased with this place! Friendly, fast, smelled nice, and there weren't a bunch of dogs barking sounding like they are all caged up on top of each other. They schedule your pup for when they are getting groomed rather then having you bring them in hours before they will be taken care of just to sit in a cage and wait.all day. Also...the cut and style has lasted for weeks now and it still looks fresh. The last place we tried had so many things I could complain about but I have ZERO complaints for Bark & Purr. I was honestly concerned when all other groomers were booked for weeks and Bark & Purr was able to get us in the first thing in the following morning but I'm so happy they did, and that I took a chance on them because I found our permanent groomer!!! I AM STILL THRILLED weeks after the groom and so our both of our pups!!! I highly recommend this pet groomer for your pets and my dogs totally agree!!!

The shop has been under new ownership for about a year now and I've had great experiences since! I take my rescue large German Shepard/husky mix and she was nervous at first but now she's very comfortable with the staff. I feel like the pricing was very reasonable too so I’m happy to continue bringing my doggie!

I had a hard time choosing a place to get my goldendoodle puppy groomed for the first time. I had seen some older reviews and noticed that they weren't so great but had heard that the business was under new management so I decided to give them a try. I am so pleased with the cut that they gave my puppy they did such a wonderful job and he smelled and looked great afterwards! The pricing was also very reasonable I'll be bringing Bru back here every time for his cuts!!!! If you have a goldendoodle I highly recommend them they cut him perfectly!

I've been taking my Westie here for 12 years to get him groomed and have been very happy with the services. When I get him home he's always happy and upbeat. I guess he feels good when he gets the compliments and attention. He likes Bark and Purr too. Sometimes, I feel a little guilty when I let him get scruffy and I can tell he gets a little down so I take him back to Bark and Purr and he perks right up. Thanks Bark and Purr for taking care of my little guy!
