I must say, the professionalism is absolutely top tier. To provide my experience without writing a full novel…… it was like going to the doctor, they expressed the where, when and why on my issue then showed treatment plans but seriously I give my first Midas experience a 10, with 10 being the highest!!! I live in Desoto, TX. and I’m in Allen for a football tournament for my kids and it felt like home here. Great work to the entire Midas crew. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

This location is absolutely amazing, I came in to get my cadi converter done in my Honda Accord today, the employees were all super nice and very true. I would highly recommend this place to come get an oil change or ANYTHING !!, great people , fast service, I love this place. There was a young gentleman working up at the front and he’s the sweetest I didn’t get his name , also Alex is great.

I had a quote from a dealership that I didn't like. Rodents or something seemed to have chewed some wires, luckily they were only to my DRLs and not anything major. I called and they said they do work on electrical wiring and came by for a quote the following weekend. They quoted me half the price of the dealership AND found/fixed additional damage to my windshield wiper pump (right next to it). I also inquired about their oil changes and tire rotations and it looks like Ill be coming back! Great service, prices, and the text when they're done was nice. Service: Electrical

They dont warranty work if you have your parts and will try to charge you more in store. I called and got a quote on the repair before i came in the location. They gave me one price over the phone. When i came in they tried to charge me $50 more. I advised that i called the prior week and they did hold to it but why raise the price? Then not even a week passed and the car broke down. They said i would have to pay the total labor costs again. I advised them it was not even a week later and they said because it was a customer supplied part that they would have to charge another set of labor costs. When i called the week prior they stated it would be warrantied but it was not when the stuff hit the fan. So i am getting reimbursed from the parts store but they are crooks at this midas. Corporate has been contacted and leaving my experience for others to be warned. Also they said it was $700 for alternator replacement. Crooks. Will never ever deal with Midas again. Then the store owner calls and doubles down and says that im lying. 😂🤣 thats ok im getting reimbursed by the parts store. If you were any type of REPUTABLE business you would have taken care of the customer and made it right your part or not! He also said its standard practice. Meanwhile another local repair shop said they would warranty the work and labor with my parts for a year or 12,000 miles. Services: Electrical, Battery
