When I first came here(Davita Of Allen) back in November of 2016 the staff here treated me like dirt beneath their feet. So I had to put up with this until I met Julian and Joyce and Arleen who treated me nice. But later on in the months I learned that Davita Of Allen has done some horrible things to their past & current patients, I didn't want to believe it, but I do now believe them because it happened to me on Friday(08/31/18. I missed my dialysis treatment(I always get there at 5:45AM CST to get off by 9:15AM CST)because my blood sugar had got low and then my mom's blood sugar had got low also. After the EMT guys brought me back to life I was still recovering but I had still start my work as I was already late enough. So I said to myself I will call them when I get my first break at 12:00PM ,so when I came out of the office(to grab my cell phone) I saw my mom passed on the couch and I knew I had to call the Community Health Program for her. So that took about 2 more hours for her to revcoer with the ambulance there. Then when I got a 4 hour lunch around 2PM, that is when called Davita Of Allen to see if they could get me in later on that day. When Icalled. a nurse by the name of Dawn answer the phone and I said hey can you get me in today?(SideNote:Arleen seems to be the head nurse here and she has never had a problem with taken me in at a later time on the days that I miss treatment,always nice to me despite of what I know about her and her staff). But at that time they never showed that side side of her nor did the rest of her staff(except the few that treated me bad when I first came there). So back to this horror story,Dawn come back to the phone and and said I could go ahead and come(she had to ask Arleen)then she asked me how fast can I get here? So I tell her I can be there by 3:30PM so when I get there, it is actually 3:35PM and when I walk in there and weight myself I then proceed to the usual area of where I go and some staff member are looking surprised to see me. They took a long time to get me seated because they are that surprised. Then as I stand there I am sensing tension and anger towards me. Then I look over and I see(Arleen's face has a vulgar and aggressive look. I pay no attention of what I am sensing but it is hard ti ignore. Then two staff members that I am familiar with make a couple of inside jokes directed towards me(Usually I don't mind their inside jokes directed at me no matter the form,but that day it made me mad because of all the anger and tension that I was sensing). So when they get me in a chair(one of the staff members asked, so what happened and I tell the staff member,then the staff member, says so is your blood sugar gonna be a problem today,so I tell him no it was my mom's blood sugar, which was not true. I told him that by mistake because my thoughts were getting jumbled because I a starting to get so uncontrollably mad and that confirms to me that I am a inconvenience to them) they put the blood pressure cuff on me and starts it up. In the middle of it going off Arleen come up to me with that same, angry, vulgar look. And asked me why didn't I call them and let them know something. So I tell her I did. She says no you didn't I mean early in the morning. So at that point I began to get beyond angry and they don't wanna see me angry like Bruce Banner says AKA the Hulk). So I tell her, if I was conscious I would have. So after she give her 2 cents she, then left my sight. When she did I took my cuff off and gather my thing to leave(a staff member says wait where are you going? I So I left with my bag and when I got to the exit door , I took my fist and punch the handicap release button for the door,but it didn't open fast enough for me. So I open it myself and got in my truck and left. I will never come back here again.
