Great experience ! Took our 9 week old SHIH TZU for a trim (puppy package). Minsi did a great job and was very open to suggestions/questions. Also offered suggestions to me. I really appreciated that. We will be returning. Thank you!

The guy at the front desk in the Spring location is SUPER SUPER rude. I believe his name is Cal. I previously dealt with him before in person and he is VERY condescending. Subsequently spoke with him on the phone and he hung up on me. Apparently this is his thing. Working with him must be a nightmare. ** UPDATE** He called me immediately after this review was posted and asked me what I said to make him hang up on me. Complete denial. He inferred that I misunderstood him because of his “personality.” There are other reviews on his poor performance in customer service. If you prefer dealing with people who actually seem to enjoy their jobs you should visit the Creekside location. Being mean and rude in customer service is not cute. Life isn’t reality TV. 0 stars not an option, unfortunately. Corporate will be contacted.

I was excited to try this place out and made an appointment about 5 days in advance, my husband took time off work to watch the kids during the schedule time while I drove to the woodlands. I was called today at 6:34pm to be cancelled.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I brought my puppy here to get his first puppy cut and had such a horrible experience! The guy at the front desk, Cal, wasn't very friendly. The groomer also made condescending remarks, such as, "your dog looks a mess" because he was matted which is a service that I was paying for. I didn't have a good feeling leaving my puppy there, but wanted him to get cut. A few hours after the cut, I noticed that my puppy was shaking. I thought it was his nerves. I called this location the next day to see if this was normal. Cal, the receptionist proceeded to tell me he wasn't a dog psychologist. I was very upset with his remark and respectfully asked to speak with a manager. He told me there was no manager and hung up in my face twice. My puppy continued to shake, and I found 2 huge gashes in his ear!! I called Cal once more to make him aware of these cuts, and he hung up in my face. Called corporate and still have yet to receive a follow up from them. I also believe I was discriminated against as others received a much friendlier approach than I did, and they didn't give me the puppy treats that comes with the $95 dollar service I paid for. The moral of the story is I will NEVER bring my dog to this location or any other Woof Gang establishment.

Always a great experience walking in! We came to Woof Gang to get some grooming and deshedding done my pup was kinda hesitant at first but when I came to pick her up it was nothing but wagging her tail :) they did a excellent job on her and of course I had to treat my Bonnie to a dog cookie which was absolutely adorable!

This was my first experience at this store. The owner, He did introduce himself but I'm horrible at remembering names, said he opened the store less than 2 years ago. I went because a lady who I met at my Chiropractor said she uses this store for grooming & recommended them. I had told her my Service Dogs Birthday was the following day. I shared I was looking for something special for her. When I went they did indeed have home made dog appropriate cakes of different sizes, birthday bones of different sizes, birthday hats & even bandanas. My only complaint would be my dogs are both almost 100lbs or over and they only had things for up to size large. I really needed an XL but bought the large which was decent but I would have loved a bigger one. I got a small cake and a few of the smaller Birthday cookies. I'm attaching some of the pictures. My Service dog wouldn't eat, but she had been acting funny and not eating for a couple of days so she could have been having some off days. Ther other 3 dogs 1 mine 2 our friends loved things. I'm going to try again in a couple of days for the birthday girl to see if she will eat the treats. On her side she does not eat any table food so thay could be why she didn't want it. The store had all kinds of great home made treats, toys, some good brands ive used before for tough chewers, collars with matching leashes and a few other things. I didn't look at everything that was just what I noticed I was focused on all of the dog Birthday stuff.
