Best of the best customer service ever. If I could give a thousand stars I'll do it. Since I walked in very welcomed and such a positive vibe. Just went there Bcs my phone was acting slow but was very pleased with the help i got getting rid of viruses of my phone beside that I got Best customer service and also got my plan upgraded. Now I have $ 60 plan in just $ 55 with auto draft. I got Fast Data and 15 GB Mobile Hotspot and also I got 150GB Cloud Storage. Unlimited talk, text & picture messages in the U.S. HBO max SD quality video streaming (Mexico and Canada Unlimited and it also includesHD Voice & Wi-Fi Calling.. beside that The cricket location I visited was very clean and organized...the guy was very helpful, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and gave me personal assistance. I had a great experience at this store. My next purchase with Cricket will be at thisv store. They are also good in explaining the things about the phones. Now this is my spot. Cricket has definitely improved their internet . I always get good Network signals at home and work. I will always refer my other family members and friends to join Cricket. 1000 stars.

I went to the store - asking for a new connection, there were several issues with the service 1) tried to claim cricket and AT&T are the same - the probably use the same networks and towers but saying “ cricket and AT&T” are the same is false claim 2) There was a flyer mentioning that the most economical plan was $30/month - but the associate there ( a male) mentioned it costs $55 - and he did not explain that the 55 dollar charge is only for the first month - made me think there were hidden charges - which is 55 3) then the male associate said - I can do it for 50 ? I paused and started thinking a bit, then he said I can do it for 45 - this totally made me think the price drops but I don’t actually know how I can negotiate the lowest price I left the store and went to another cricket store The experience was different-at this other cricket store 1) it was explained to me clearly that the 55 dollar charge was only for the first month, there on it would be 30/month 2) when asked about “ is cricket and AT&T the same” - the answer was clear that it is not the same company but May use the same towers 3) gave me a $25 discount for new enrollment 4) informed me of a new federal discount plan Happy with cricket - but not happy with this particular store location! And their terrible customer service

The young man I worked with was so very quick and professional, I believe his name was Sarang. I told him what I wanted: a new phone that had good camera quality and the most storage I could get. He gave me three good options but didn't necessarily try to sell me the most expensive- Also, I didn't have time to stay while he transferred all of my contacts (I have a lot) but he showed me step by step how to do it myself- I appreciate that kind of customer service. If I wasn't moving out of state this would be my go-to shop. Thanks!

We not only received Excellent service but the representative was proactive and saved us $100.00 per month on our monthly bill. Also the representative was helpful and courteous to all the customers that came in. Very very pleased and happy to be a Cricket customer.
