Nice employee. Dishonest customer service policies. Went in and chose a game on display for the Xbox 1. We were asked to upgrade to a “brand new” version of the game at the counter for a couple of dollars more, so we did and even bought the warranty. Turns out the brand new version is actually NOT for the Xbox 1. Didn’t find this out until after we opened the game and placed into system for the first time. We drove back less than two hours later. The manager’s (Mary) response over the phone condensed: “Too bad. No refund because it’s opened. No swap because we never actually had the other game in stock (just display boxes). But we can buy it back for $5.” I’m out the money and stuck with a game I can’t even play.

We always renew or Game Imformer mag here . We renew our rewards card here. Last year we saved 170 dollars because of the of the game stop rewards card . Definitely worth getting. They give 5 ,dollar coupons once you get enough points. Very helpful and knowledgeable store . Love shopping here.

Tried calling this place almost 10 times. I get not being able to answer a phone. But it’s been 30 mins. All I want to know is if they have a Ps5 I can buy. Takes two secs to answer that.

This store is laughable, they can have no customers and refuse to answer their phones. Literally IMPOSSIBLE to reach unless you go into the store, then their staff seems to be lacking knowledge.

I always find the best deal on games here! Let’s of merch other than games here. They are currently expanding/remodeling, I can’t wait to see what GameStop does next! Staff is straight forward and doesn’t try to fluff the conversation. I recommend this location!

I parked at this location at 7:15pm to pick up a pre ordered game. The hours read 10 am - 9 pm and the store is closed at 7:15 pm. I tried calling multiple times to confirm a closing time and nobody answered. I would appreciate changing the hours on your door to more accurate ones.

Bad experience but sometimes bad experiences are the way they deal with customers. I was told one thing for my game that I pre-ordered, I called to be sure that they could try something. I drive to get my situation fixed but once i get there, they tell me there's nothing they can do. I drove all the way down there after telling me over the phone that they can help me. Not to mention during the call that an employee told me, "well sir, it's an open beta in 2 days..." like... I paid extra to get the 2-day early access for the beta.. otherwise I would've just bought the standard edition. That really irritated me. In the end, they told me something else but to sum up the entire conversation, "You can't get a beta code for your game, even though it says in our website that you get 2-day early access before the open beta, we can't help you about that." The way they deal with things is they tease you and then don't help whatsoever. No wonder they were on the verge of closing down. Unsatisfied with ther customer service and I know they could've done something to help me. Tragic, shame, outrageous..

I went in to buy a gift of a headset for a 13 yr old.The young man behind the counter was polite and informative.I asked for his recommendation..He took the time to explain headsets in general as well as why he recommended a particular set. I bought that set as well as the protection policy..I hope everyone that goes to GameStop has as good an experience!

We went in and grabbed one of the many boxes of ps4 controllers and waited in line approx 20 min (6 ahead of us). When it was our turn they immediately said they didn’t have any ps4 controllers. If they could take the time to put signs on the door saying they didn’t have ps5 consoles or Xbox consoles, why not put a sign up about ps4 controllers if you are going to keep so many boxes of them on display as if you’re fully stocked?

The staff at this location were very pleasant and helpful (2 young ladies). Typically, at other locations, the staff is usually some mindless, lazy Neanderthal. Not in this instance. They did a really good job of also acknowledging my 11 yr old son who was shopping with me. I appreciate that kind of service. At the end of the day, I may the one paying, but my son is the real customer.
