I went here twice for game recommendations for my family for Christmas. Only planned on buying three games. First time I went I purchased 4 the second time I went to return one game (which was a super easy process) and ended up buying 3 more! One recommended game (and the reason for this review) was Gang Beasts which I was really hesitant to buy because honestly it looks stupid. But the guy was super insistent that’s what I needed given the information I gave him. And he was soooo right. I’m really glad I trusted his expert opinion. The kids have never had so much fun playing a game together and I’ve never laughed so hard! I love the guys at this store and I’ll definitely be back.

The staff is always helpful when my son is trying to find a new game. He went and printed out a list of all the games that fit what my son was looking for and talked them over with him, helping him decide. They have a large selection of games, amibos and accessories for the switch.

A lot to choose from. They have a lot of stuff other stores dont have. Employees are help full. A little over priced on used games but if you want it right now everything is in stock and ready to go. They have great signage in the store so you know what's out and what's coming. Will shop more in the future.

Love this Gamestop. My favorite out of all the ones I have been to in the US. Usually prefer to go in when Billy is there, he is by far my favorite employee lol. I travel all over the US every 2 months for a living, see a lot of Gamestops. A++

This GameStop use to be the go to spot for Pokémon cards, but seems corrupt lately, no way someone goes exactly 20 packs without a single hit. That’s $80+ wasted. Not mad, just disappointed. Do better

Billy is awesome! Changed my mind about this place 100 percent. I normally don’t ever really enjoy going into GameStop but as a parent I try to be more involved with my child’s interest. I have been into this location a few times in the past but it was always the same low quality customer service and immature disinterested staff. Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful employee named Billy. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and gave great recommendations for products! He even helped download and update my sons game console so it would work properly. Today I was having some technical issues with the game I purchased and called into the store hoping to get Billy again. Luckily for me he answered and was very willing to help me with my issues. This is a rock star employee and I sure hope he stays with GameStop! Thanks again for your service.

The staff here are absolutely the most annoying humans I have ever encountered. One guy would absolutely not sell me a set of headphones unless I got a membership. I don't want a membership. I don't want to give out my information. I just want my headphones. And he absolutely wouldn't stop. So I left. I'm going to hang out in front of this place when it shuts down and just laugh at the employees as they clean out stock.

These employees are saints, the amount of people they handle is impressive. I was in the shop earlier today and had listened in on a customer losing his mind at the poor associate saying they were "dishonest" and was going to report them to their manager, hear him mention the $2 game warranty but the other guy must have selective hearing and claims he didn't hear anything...gave that associate my number so if his boss needs to hear someone defending him I'll do so!

I was in game stop in Livingston, Tx yesterday and purchased a game on disk. The price was confirmed and when i went to pay it was 2 dollars more than discussed. The gamestop employee added the game protection without notice and without asking if I wanted it. When questioned he stated the corporate wanted them to add it and if its questioned then let the customer know but if it's not questioned the customer is not aware of the purchase. That is a company not being honest in my opinion.
