I been here for over a year now and they never have my prescriptions ready when they say they will and they are very rude even the head pharmacist isn’t pleasant

Ever since Jeff left, the pharmacy has gone downhill. Jeff was so friendly to us and always had our prescriptions on time. Now every time I go to get my prescription, it’s never ready! I’ve got to a point to where I wait a day or two after it’s been called in and they still don’t have it ready! The ladies have nasty attitudes and don’t care to bother to help!

So upset with this CVS!! I have used them to fill my prescriptions for over 10 years, but over the last 2 years they don't have my prescriptions on time, due to my medical condition I CAN NOT go a day without them. My prescriptions have not changed so these are bottles they should have on the shelf especially if they are auto fill or I call for a refill a week before I am completely out! Sadly this has happened to me multiple times it is time to switch pharmacy. I used to love this pharmacy when Dr Jeff Baca was there he made it feel like a small town pharmacy and now it has gone very very down hill!

Every time my doctor calls in a medication I literally have to call and let the pharmacy know that I need the medication. I guess they believe you don’t really need it unless you say you do. My doctor called in medication last Thursday, medication that was needed last Thursday. Today it is still not filled, spent 30 minutes on hold with no answer. Called another pharmacy to get medication transferred. I will not be going back! I am done!!! This place needs to shut its doors

I had the absolute worst experience here. There were 2 pharmacists and 3 technicians working and I was in line for 50 minutes because they only had 1 person working a register for the first 30 of those 50 minutes. Then it’s my turn and they didn’t even attempt to find my insurance or call me for the information and wanted me to pay cash price. I just got promoted out of a different retail pharmacy and as swamped as we were we were NEVER so inefficient, slow, and inconsiderate of the customers time.

Hire staff or shut down permanently. It’s just insulting to flagrantly waste people’s time because you don’t staff properly. It’s 5:30 pm and you have one person behind the counter and a line of 10. You aren’t even going to talk to someone after waiting a half hour. Truly pathetic. This pharmacy has no business staying operational.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE costumer service. There was a young gentlemen at the front who got my information for my prescription and was very helpful. He had told me my medication would be ready in roughly 15 min. I said okay and was waiting around the pharmacy area. It was 720pm. My fiancé and I waited around at it was getting close to 8pm. At roughly 803pm the young lady and the pharmacy closes the gate. I was confused since I was waiting on my medication. I grabbed a target employee to see if they could help me get a hold of the pharmacist to get my medication. She was very helpful and was able to get a pharmacist to come out. She rudely asked for my name and she said hang on and walked away annoyed. Another older heavy set lady came out and couldn’t care less and rudely said “ sorry you’ll just have to come back tomorrow all my machines are down and I can’t do anything at this point” I said OkY well I wish you guys would of told me to come back Tomorrow instead of waiting 40min to just have the gates closed on me. She just threw her hands up and said there’s nothing I can do you’ll just have to come back tomorrow. I didn’t want to deal with It did not feel Good and it was sooo unprofessional

I really can't believe a pharmacist can look you in the eyess and say he's mote important then a customer. That is exactly what CVS did when they said we are all going on break and shutting door....come back in a half hour!!!! Are you Fing kidding me.

Very sad pharmacy now days especially with it being associated with target whom I have always thought of them as a quality store the pharmacy lost my prescription had to wait on investigation They made me feel like it was my fault even after I presented detailed evidence I have changed and moved on but target is at the level of of no respect for me

I will no longer be getting my prescriptions at CVS due to the staff at this location. Stood in front of the counter for a good amount of time, until I waved someone down and got a snotty "We will be right with you". 1 out of 4 of the staff behind the counter was decent. The pharmacists were short and rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
