I had a prescription that my Dr. put in last week. Status said it was out of stock, so I called to see how long it would be. After sitting on the phone for half an hour, and being interrupted(this girl does has done it to me before) i was told "we didn't get it. You should try somewhere else." I asked if she can just tell me when it would get there and if she could get it from another store and she says "I don't know, we've ordered it everyday and we haven't gotten it. We don't get stuff from other stores, you need to do that yourself!" WTH??!! They used to care about their customers!! This girl is so rude on the phone and I am just trying to get my meds. If there was a complication in getting them, why did they not let me know? Now, I am going to call corporate and see if they can give me answers or at least tell me where I can go to get my medication!!?? I get that it is frustrating being short staffed, but we are still people and we still need our medications. It is not an excuse to treat people like they are ruining your day by calling to see why their meds aren't being filled!! I am so disappointed and sad. If you can go somewhere else to get your meds, I highly recommend that you do so.

Put in my prescription to be filled yesterday that i need very badly and was told to come in the next day to pick it up but they are closed. Thanks you are a pharmacy that holds important medications for people that really need it but you aren't open. Lovely. And since its filled here I must go another night in extreme pain and wait until the pharmacy re-opens.

Jesus Christ how much time do you have? This is a nightmare location. Avoid at all costs. You make an appointment online for a certain time, they can't even get you checked in for 30 minutes. Why have 8 people behind the counter if you can't get people in and out? Who is paying these people? What's in their job description? They are missing the mark for sure. @WALGREENS, come check this location out. There's like a half dozen people standing around twirling their thumbs.

First time coming here and I just have to say thank you! I showed up late (about 15 minutes before their closing) where on this night Colorado was getting hit with a pretty big snow storm to (schools and many businesses were already closing the following day), but I needed to pick up my wife's prescription meds because she was really sick and miserable. Well when I got to the drive through window (about 10 minutes to their closing) I found out that I had the wrong insurance card. They allowed me to have my wife picture text the right one (front and back, she was on the phone), I was asked to pull aside and let them help the person behind me, and by the time I got to the window with the right documentation they stayed after 9pm to fill the order. I am not going to say something like this is going to happen to everyone as they did not have to at all. I am sure they wanted to go home no different than anyone else after a long day, and with the whole snowstorm that was coming down I would not have blamed them either. Very very thankful though. I didn't get names, but it was the whole team that helped to rush fulfilling the order with the help of an ebony tech from the very start and throughout. Thank you again. You are appreciated.

We have been loyal pharmacy customers for close to three years and finally had enough. I understand the lack of employees and the craziness of the pandemic but the rudeness and inattentive employees make it all 10x’s worse. They have made many mistakes with insurance and medications to the point of allowing me to run out of insulin and not allowing refills or emergency refills due to an error on their end with zero apologies. Our understanding can only go so far.

This is honestly the worst and slowest pharmacy I have ever visited. It's not just a once in a while occurrence that they're slow. It is ALL THE TIME. No matter if you wait in the drive through or go inside, it's just awful. And its been this way for YEARS! And on top of being slow, the pharmacist himself (not the techs, THE PHARMACIST) cannot even answer questions about prescribed medications. Are you kidding me? They definitely take advantage of the fact that people need their medications so just have to wait for their slowness and lack of care that there are 20 people in line.

Takes 2+ hours on hold for anyone to (maybe) answer the phone.. then nobody knows anything. Takes 30m-1hr waiting inside or in the car to get the Rx, once you wait 2 weeks + to sort it out!!! Get a dang temp agency to help with the phones & hire some people from a certain chicken drive-thru to show how it's done in the getting thru the lines efficiently & effectively!! OHHH & would it kill you to at least make eye contact & pretend to at least grin??! I have been in customer service 25+ years... & I couldn't wear a mask!!!😝

This pharmacy is right next to my house so when I pick up my meds every 3 weeks or so, this is where I do it. They usually don’t have my medication ready when I go to pick it up, or they don’t have it at all for a few days (which it being birth control is hard because when I have to skip days it effects my mood, and usually disrupts a few days of my life) and when I’ve tried to have it switched to a different Walgreens that may have my medication so I can get it as soon as possible they sent me on a wild goose chase saying “this location has it” and I had to run around to 3 or 4 different Walgreens before finally just giving up and messing up my schedule. Now, the customer service is definitely lacking but there are a few nice people who do seem sincere when they apologize for the inconvenience. While the other Employees usually treat you like you are a disturbance and shouldn’t be there.

Why take appointments if you can’t abide by the time? I scheduled a vaccination appointment online and arrived 10 minutes early as requested. Once I arrived I was told it will be a 30 minute wait and that I shouldn’t make an appointment I should just show up when they first open when there’s usually not a wait.

Poor customer service- I arrived to do a drug screen for my new job- I went to go sign in and was"greeted" with - "Well you know that we won't be able to do that for ten minutes right? Yeah the technician is on break until 1:00." It was just a snarky greeting. I was treated like I was some sort of nuisance. I don't mind that the phlebotomist is on her break. That's fine. But to be treated like I should just know when breaks take place and treated like I'm dumb when I get in is annoying.
