Came here for lunch 06/08/2022 at 12:11 PM, I was excited to try the new wagyu burger. I decided to try it with bacon. After repeating my order 3 times at the window I thought that me and the lady taking my order were finally on the same page. I checked my bag and my receipt. And the receipt confirmed I was charged the extra charge for bacon. When I got back to work and sat down to eat my $12+ dollar burger I realized I had no bacon.

They need to hire some people. This place is constantly under staffed. Long wait times... The people working there deserve 5 stars but Arby's needs to bump up the pay and hire people.. Please!

The Arby's website clearly says the restaurant closes at 11PM, but when I drove up there at 9PM, the cashier said the restaurant was closed due to short staff. I saw two workers hanging out by the door and chatting or taking a break. I drove 5 miles for nothing. If the restaurant is closed, they should not answer the drive in call.

Tonight my partner and I visited the arbys on Arapaho and Jordan at around 9:20PM , as our order was being taken another employee would interrupt the other talking to us, yell at us and proceed to start laughing, I called the store to ask for the managers number and the supposed manager on shift “Anthony” denied to provide the proper phone numbers for the general/ district manager and refused to give me the number for corporate and told me that he saw nothing wrong with the situation at hand. I’ve been eating at this location for years and I’ve never experienced anything so ridiculous and rude. I am flabbergasted and by god I hope there is restitution to this situation.

It's a representative example of the Arby's restaurant chain. Excellent roast beef sandwiches! One of my favorite stops for a quick lunch or dinner.

They didn't get my order exactly right, they didn't put cheddar on my beef n cheddar also no Arby's sauce on the bun, and I had to reach behind the counter to get my own Horseradish. Also the wait was 9 minutes, from the time I ordered till I got my food. The drive thru was was getting their food but their orders were not correct as they were coming inside to get their orders corrected. I still have them 4 stars as they were to busy for me to stand and line and make my order correct.

The wife and I came here for a quick lunch but that didn't happen. As soon as we got to the counter a staff member saw us and immediately turned around and walked away and ignored us for about 10-15 minutes. The manager then came from the back of the cooks area and took our order. When my wife asked for a typical roast beef sandwich the manager told us they were put of roast beef even though we saw them just making roast beef sandwiches not 10 minutes prior. We ordered our food and got our drinks and sat down to wait. The condiment station was completely empty and not stocked so I had to ask for napkins and straws. When our name was called the girl just threw our bag on the counter and walked away when I was trying to ask for Arby's sauce. I had to reach over the counter and get it myself. Not too happy with this place.

Chicken sandwiches are great, especially the buffalo chicken sandwich. The original is good too, but sometimes the chicken is seeping in oil. The workers are hospitable and provided great service, definitely deserve a raise if you're having trouble finding employees at this particular location!

They got my entire order wrong. Also it seems like the smashed all 4 of my turn over on purpose they were smashed do bad the fill all came out and the frosting was stuck to the wrapping paper

I'd be scared to go back. See photos and receipt shows what I ordered. Curly fries tasted like fish so I'm sure that's why the fish was cooked within any inch of it's life and one filet was their spicy new filet. It was seasoned too heavy. I asked for easy tartar sauce and they gave me like none. The sandwich was flatbread with poor looking lettuce and the deep fried fish filet. The other filet was normal one with same wilty lettuce and filet sans tartar sauce. Worse part was the young kid in the photo was chatting away on his phone while waiting for my food. Adjusting his cap. Stuck phone back in his pocket and then took it out again and stepped away from counter after pushing away mop bucket. Came back to finish putting my order in the bag WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. Disgusting. I should have declined the burger but I was curious how food was going to be prepared. Last time I ate at Arbys was over 10 yrs ago when my daughter got food poisoning and was in hospital for 5 days. I boycotted the other arbys where that happened. Thought oh things have changed ill try again. Wrong. Don't eat here. Unsanitary.
