I came here after leaving Discount Tires for not being as helpful with me needing to get a flat repair. I spoke with a young woman, who happened to also be the manager and she was happy to help me. I walked in a week ago, and was greeted with friendly service by the time I walked in. Everyone here was professional and actually cared about their customers. When it’s time to get our tires replaced, or for any tire service, you better believe my husband and I are coming here again.

The best customer service I’ve had at any automotive shop, hands down. From the minute we walked in the door, Khrystian was incredibly helpful (and funny too!). He went above and beyond to help us get back on the road, knowing that we were in a time constraint. As a side note, the restrooms were also very clean! Highly recommend!!!!

Kimball rushed out to me in the commercial vehicle truck and came to the rescue. Too often in todays world, the younger generation always seem cocky on ill mannered. Not Kimball! He showed up happy and smiling with the most positive and upbeat attitude. He talked with me the entire time he repaired my tire and in no time he was finished. This is the second time I've taken my brand new (2022) vehicle in because I had a nail in my tire. This is also the second time they have broken off a lug due to over tightening. This time, they didn't even listen to me when I told them which tire the nail was in and took off the wrong tire - which happens to be the same one they broke the lug on. They then told me the vehicle was perfectly safe to drive with a missing lug. Now I have to make other arrangements to drive another vehicle or get rides to work until I can get this one into the dealer so all the lugs can be checked. Torque wrench training is very much needed!!!! I do not recommend taking your vehicle here.

I ended up not needing one of the things that were on my quote and instead of just doing it anyways because I had already agreed to it, they were honest and let me know. It saved me almost $150. I can't say enough good things.
