Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and act like its a huge hassle when you call in a simple patient refill and spend 5 extra minutes confusing themselves and yourself on the phone. Much prefer the Smiths Pharmacy in Heber.

I took my daughter to get her second COVID shot. The store was empty on a Monday afternoon, just the two of us. The pharmacy told me they were by appointment only, and could only schedule online with a QR code “because they are so busy”. My one star review is for the “pharmacist” who apparently had the ability to vaccinate my daughter on the spot, but instead tried multiple times to send us away claiming that a system requiring you own a computer is in place to get the vaccine at Walgreens. Reluctance to the shot is a danger to everyone, especially here in rural Heber. Making it intentionally difficult to get because you are to lazy to do your job on a Monday is arguably grounds to question the licensure of the individual involved.

the Pharmacist and technicians at this Heber location are horrible. When I trip to call and talk to the pharmacist he was very short and (too busy) for questions. In person it’s not any better. I feel like there aren’t a lot of options for prescriptions in a small town like Heber. If you can avoid this location I would.
