I'll start with my complaint. Company needs to work on their customer service and respond to customers concerns and complaints as soon as possible. I called and emailed Fashion Effect Store multiple times and never received a response. That's terrible customer service. Also You have have to pay for shipping to return items- not cool. (Good Business etiquette is to ALWAYS respond to your customers-- customers keep a business going) Besides that-- I'm Happy with all my purchases. Love my dresses- well made good quality- Happy Girl:) Thanks:^)

First and last time ... if u received anything damaged or have to return or a failed delivery good luck getting ahold of customer service... they've blown me off multiple times they reply to.me with the delivery confirmation over and over again..which I keep telling them I have not received .. ive called ive emailed ive chatted and nothing!! I'm very disappointed with this store because clothing size small , any return you pay for shipping and instead of getting your money back they give store credit not happy on the way they handle returns and they never answer calls , emails or chats it sucks ...

I’ve called numerous times and just be placed on hold WAITING for someone to answer and the call drops. I’ve sent an email within their 3 day rule and never heard back this is ridiculous I paid 20$ for an item I never received and the other 30 for a set I received in the wrong size which is fine I gave it to my sister but I still would like either a refund or just send me my item but they have awful communication, is this how the customers are treated?

Also, here recently I order again and it was shipped the same day! Definitely great quality swimsuits and true to size and great customer service!

I was a bit hesitant to buy from FES based on the reviews. I'm glad I decided to go ahead with the purchase. My order came super fast and all the swimsuits were as pictured. They all fit so well and the material is strong and durable. I had a question regarding my order, it was answered and handled within 48hrs by email. Hope this helps someone.

I ordered a swimsuit on 4.5.19 and after two weeks I didn’t get an update! I emailed them for a status I was told that my order was scheduled to be ship out that day as soon is on its way I would receive a tracking confirmation. I received a tracking number that said the item was on its way to the postal office. Another week went by and there was no update on the tracker. I emailed them again and was told “We are terribly sorry that your package seems to be missing because the tracking number shows no movement. Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves our facility, it is then in the hands of the United States Postal Service - there's not much we can do from our side. We strongly recommend that you get in touch with your local USPS Office to figure out what happened to your package.“ first of all the packer never made it to the post office! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

If you have money and time to waste then by all means shop from this store. Their swimsuits are cute but they do not fit according to sizing chart. I’ve purchased swimsuits from fashion nova, matte collection, ASOS, missguided, and boohoo and they all fit correctly with no issues so I thought this store should be no different but I was wrong. Their sizing chart claims that a size M fits a 6-8 but it definitely doesn’t. On top of that I purchased 2 swimsuits with 3 day shipping and received one item 8 days later and only after inquiring about my order. As of today I still have not received the 2nd item, it’s now 11 days after purchasing. All of this wouldn’t have been so bad, I’ve experienced wrong sizing and shipping delays before but the horrendous customer service was what made this ordeal worse. Contacting them through Instagram was a waste of time because they told me to send my order number in a dm and didn’t bother to get back to me. I contacted live support and they gave me an email address and again no response to both emails. After several days I opened a case with PayPal and conveniently enough that’s when they shipped out the 2nd bathing suit. This company only cares about your money they don’t give a damn about building lasting customer relationships. I’ve never experienced this with any other store ever. I’m going to chalk this up as a loss and spend my money elsewhere from now on. This experience has been nothing but a waste of time and money and ill fitting bathing suit. This company as a whole is abhorrent.
