The customer service a is a myth.
July 12, about 7 PM 2022
I waited over ten minutes after someone paged for a associate to assist me to get several items out of the tool cage on isle eight. After waiting for nearly ten minutes, a associate walked down the isle, right past me and another customer and just walked right past us as if we were not even there. A few minutes later. I walked over to customer service and asked to speak to the shift manager, imagine my suprise when I see that he looks just like the associate that walked past me just a few minutes previous.
Now he says, "I swear I just saw you on isle eight standing by the tool cage"
Wait, it gets better!
Then he took a tone with me and said I should have stopped him when he walked past me. Well I might have, if I was not stunned by his lack of understanding social cues and the earlier page ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE ON ISLE EIGHT.
This was the second time I had to wait for over ten minutes by that same cage at this location. I am planning on buying a large toolbox and several tools to go in it.
I will not be buying any of it at this location.. ~SlyDog
