I went in store to purchase some sneakers and all the employees were standing around having a full blown conversation about who knows what?!? I had to approach them to get acknowledged! Asked for the shoes I wanted and was never greeted or asked if that was everything I needed they were to busy having their conversation! They made me feel as if were going to steal something; I get the fact that itโ€™s located in Compton but you should never treat a Customer that way nor feel uncomfortable! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED!! ~Valerie

Fashion Effect Store

I'll start with my complaint. Company needs to work on their customer service and respond to customers concerns and complaints as soon as possible. I called and emailed Fashion Effect Store multiple times and never received a response. That's terrible customer service. Also You have have to pay for shipping to return items- not cool. (Good Business etiquette is to ALWAYS respond to your customers-- customers keep a business going) Besides that-- I'm Happy with all my purchases. Love my dresses- well made good quality- Happy Girl:) Thanks:^) ~Marley

Ross Dress for Less

Went early on saturday mornimg, not busy. Plenty of parking. Other business's on site. Walked in door where an associate greeted me with face mask on. I had my face mask on, BUT ALOT OF PEOPLE IN THE STORE DIDNT HAVE THEM ON. Anyway, Alot of items in the store were gone due to school shoppers. Limited selections. I managed to find a few things for a birthday gifts for my son. Store was clean. 3 people waiting in line including me. Only 1 cashier for check out which i dont understand. Check customers out then return to your duties. Will i be back, yes. ~Shoshana

The Home Depot

The customer service a is a myth. July 12, about 7 PM 2022 I waited over ten minutes after someone paged for a associate to assist me to get several items out of the tool cage on isle eight. After waiting for nearly ten minutes, a associate walked down the isle, right past me and another customer and just walked right past us as if we were not even there. A few minutes later. I walked over to customer service and asked to speak to the shift manager, imagine my suprise when I see that he looks just like the associate that walked past me just a few minutes previous. Now he says, "I swear I just saw you on isle eight standing by the tool cage" Wait, it gets better! Then he took a tone with me and said I should have stopped him when he walked past me. Well I might have, if I was not stunned by his lack of understanding social cues and the earlier page ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE ON ISLE EIGHT. This was the second time I had to wait for over ten minutes by that same cage at this location. I am planning on buying a large toolbox and several tools to go in it. I will not be buying any of it at this location.. ~SlyDog
