If I can give negative stars I will, worst customer service ever waited in the lumber department over 20 min the gentle men that worked that area had a horrible attitude (Sergio) why will any major store hire a person that is lazy ,bad attitude, and taking the initiative to tell a paying customer NO IM NOT GOING TO HELP YOU just the worst of the worst employees Home Depot you can do way better in hiring people SMH

Would be 5 star but that nut and bolt/hardware section is all mixed up..u can never find what u need with out really digging around... SMH

The customer service a is a myth. July 12, about 7 PM 2022 I waited over ten minutes after someone paged for a associate to assist me to get several items out of the tool cage on isle eight. After waiting for nearly ten minutes, a associate walked down the isle, right past me and another customer and just walked right past us as if we were not even there. A few minutes later. I walked over to customer service and asked to speak to the shift manager, imagine my suprise when I see that he looks just like the associate that walked past me just a few minutes previous. Now he says, "I swear I just saw you on isle eight standing by the tool cage" Wait, it gets better! Then he took a tone with me and said I should have stopped him when he walked past me. Well I might have, if I was not stunned by his lack of understanding social cues and the earlier page ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE ON ISLE EIGHT. This was the second time I had to wait for over ten minutes by that same cage at this location. I am planning on buying a large toolbox and several tools to go in it. I will not be buying any of it at this location..

Well organized and clean! But the young Latina employees working here are kinda weird!.....Idk if they don’t like their job or are just there for the money and the title....or they’re young bitter and bias.....but this seems be the case with several younger people in general, younger Latinas in particular....The paramount location is better for customer service and professional character given its in a better location.

Every time I go there I get exceptional help and they will even give you advice on how to get through your problems. We must realize that our having patience goes a long way and put yourself in their shoes and just think what they have to deal with daily. Hooray for COMPTON HOME DEPOT!!!!!

I felt very discriminated I came to the home depot on 10-20-19 in compton with my family I was only person that they stop at the door while other people also paid on self checkout they were never stop at door I think because of my race I'm Hispanic and the security was African-American I will never come back to this store again I will rather drive somewhere else to another Home Depot in Paramount. Will never shop again thanks for the horrible service
