The costumer service is terrible at H&M. So much so, that I canceled my account, unsubscribed and will definitely never purchase from them again. They definitely deserve zero stars. Especially, the red head cashier!

I visited Sunday around 7:40 pm I choose 3 pants and wants to go to fitting room they told me fitting room is closed we will open tomorrow but store hours was until 9 pm I went to cashier and ask why they told me we don't have enough staff to clean the fitting room once young employees standing with group and talking.they told me you can buy and return it of course with the gas price I will and I am working too. Just Glendale location is like this

Nice, clean and very organized and great prices. The quality of their clothing is pretty decent. I found a dress that I like but it was too for me.

Such info is readily available in other H&M branches. Here, I was suggested instead to call on my own other branch stores, total of 20 in the LA area, to find information I needed. Or I was recommended to search that info in the H&M App, although “it’s not as accurate as calling a store.” The app was even less helpful. It wouldn’t work inside the store so I had to come home to use it. I could not even find products based on their code and description on my receipt, so it looked like they were sold out in all sizes/colors which isn’t true!

Store is sometimes in general disarray but I have good luck shopping here so I plan to keep coming back. Prices and styles are always good and the staff is always willing to help out with a smile on their face. If they could just keep everything a little bit more organized this place would be awesome.
