Line wrap around store 2 cashiers at 6pm ask for mgmt the lady on cash register said she was the supervisor. One poor lady in the return line alone had 6 people go in front of her including myself, waited in the return line to be called the supervisor called the next paying customers, the lady walked over and brought it to her attention that she had been the only return in the return line and its been 20 mins. The supervisor told her no I have to call 2 paying customers then I can help you. I went over to the supervisor and explained the lady was waiting before me in the return line and 5 people have been rung up and she now have to wait for 2 more customers for a return. I know you have rules but use common sense the supervisor had just held up the line with a customer. Please note no one else was in the return line. No call went out for help up front just a frustrated supervisor sticking to the standard guidelines. Please be considerate to your customers Ross.

Management needs to address this. Restrooms are essential ...unless you want your customers to dedicate on your floors or choose to go elsewhere. This Ross near Brand in Glendale is one of the nicer Ross stores. It does seem to be a smaller store. When ever I go in it is always clean not things all over the floor like the one on Glendale Ave. People are friendly but they don't have many working the night shift. You can park for 90 minutes free right behind Ross.
