I don't know why I would ever shop anywhere else after coming here. I looked for a dress elsewhere for hours. This was my last stopm should have been my first. No other department store held a candle to this place. Organized. Easy to shop. Maybe it was more expensive than Macy's, but I'd rather pay a few more bucks to save a few hours of searching. Friendly staff who obviously take great care of their store. ~Becky

Arrived at the store at 7:45pm to attempt to get fitted for Golf Clubs and the night manager Sandra informed me that an hour before close is not enough time to get fitted even in a completely empty store. So ridiculous, looks like I’ll be finding another place to spend money on golf clubs since the service here is trash. Hopefully corporate will read this a tighten these customer service practices. Seriously an hour isn’t long enough? And there is literally no one even working the golf counter I’ve been waiting here for 30 min. ~Armin

Customer service is excellent, they are hard-working and very nice with you. The place is super gorgeous, I loved it. Also, they offer a huge variety of series, movies and videogames merchandise. I came in to return a pair of shoes (never worn & with receipt) and the woman refused to take them back and wanted to me travel to wherever I purchased them. I called another location and they said they would return them.. but this employee was the most unfriendly and unprofessional person I’ve ever met in retail. First thing I noticed when shopping here was the workers are grumpy and don't greet anyone. They also don't offer to help you find your size. I would ask the workers here for help and they would just give me a sad look. I ended up only purchasing 1 shirt because several shirts were out of stock in my size. This is the reason why me and many other people prefer to shop online. ~Z
