Never have I ever been so humiliated and disgusted by the way I was treated, especially by someone who's supposed to represent a professional charitable organization. I've had my fair share of run-ins with people that I felt had no business to be serving in the public sector, but by far this representative at this particular goodwill, Jenny, is the absolute worst. They listed a pair of shoes for $7, but as soon as I brought the shoes to the register Jenny quickly said "Oh no this is not the correct price! You have to pay $20 for these shoes." and proceeded to rip the tag off of the shoes and quickly take them to the back stock room. This is fraud! We asked why when we're in California and professional retailers are required to honor the price that something is labeled otherwise it will be considered a bait and switch or false advertising. Jenny, who stated she was the store manager, proceeded to yell at my husband and myself in front of our two children and kicked us out the store despite the fact that we had just purchased a huge bag worth of merchandise. When I pulled out my camera, Jenny SCREAMED at us and threatened to report us and said I could not record their behavior and abusive language towards us and told us to leave or they would file some sort of an incident report, which we took to state that they were threatening to call the police. We are considering filing a charge with the Federal trade commission regarding this matter and we will never ever shop at Goodwill ever again. This is really sad because this is primarily where we come to find quality goods which has been in rare supplies lately anyway. The prices have gone up the quality of clothing and customer service has gone all the way down, so it's no longer advantageous for families looking for a good bargain on nice clothes to come here anymore without being threatened and overpriced for used shabby clothing. ~King

SCAM!!!!! If I could give this retailer negative five stars I would. This was my first time ordering from Karo's and everything was unpleasant. Although there is a website where you can submit your order, you must wait for the manager to call you and take your credit card number over the phone. The boots I ordered took two weeks to ship and when I received them, the sizing was inaccurate and displayed poor quality. I called and spoke with the owner and was told, Although He does not do refunds or shoe exchanges he would exchange the boots for a more expensive pair, I would be charged a fee of $15, and forced me to pay $40 shipping fee just to send it back. When I returned the shoes I attached a letter reiterating our agreement about exchanging the shoes; however, when I called he argued with me about his policy of no returns and exchanges. He was very rude and told me that maybe my legs are too big and it was my fault that the shoes I ordered did not fit. When he finally came to realisation, he agreed to proceed with our agreement to exchange the shoes for a different style. Karo shoes not only used my credit card without authorisation they sent me the wrong size. Karo refused to take the shoes back in exchange for the size I asked for and told me I should sell them. The boots I originally ordered cost $185. In the end I spent $300 and have a pair of size 7 boots when I originally ordered a 9. ~Kimberly

Really bad customer service. As we were entering the store we were a floor associate asked us what brought us to the store. I told her that we’re looking for a Jordan sneakers. Do you carry them in the store? The sales associate says yes but I think we only have one style left. After she indicated they have one style left she just walked away. She should have walked us to their shoes section and pointed or showed us the Jordan that they carry but no she didn’t do any of that. Not even what color your looking for what size none of that at all. This store hires employees who doesn’t seem to care about their customers. ~Marie

Loved the atmosphere. Great employees Savannah was very helpful I went in a bout a week ago and she helped me pick out a gift for my husband and kids (which they love very much). She helped me get the hats customized and she took her time showing me the different fonts and colors. It was like she knew what I wanted right of the bat. I will for sure be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family ~Jessica

When I asked for a shoe size for my son at first they said they got it and then all of a sudden they couldn’t find the other pair it was the display were could have gone Mysteriously never again!!! ~Desiree

I love the team here. The staff is like my extended family. Always so sweet and helpful and I shop so frequently they know my style already. They know what I will like and what I wouldn't like. I wish they had more grown and sexy date night options but I see they are working on it. I'm kind of over the cold shoulder, skull and floral prints. ~Bianca

The store is a 5 but the parking lot is a 3, at best. They had what I wanted, the tofu and the simple peanut butter. At least at 11:30 on a Friday morning not too crowded. ~Charles

Still a great mix of wholesale and individual purchase items. The sales on the "big box" items are great, but you need to get in early to take advantage on holiday weekends. The staff at this location were very polite and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we got what we needed. ~Anthony
