Never have I ever been so humiliated and disgusted by the way I was treated, especially by someone who's supposed to represent a professional charitable organization. I've had my fair share of run-ins with people that I felt had no business to be serving in the public sector, but by far this representative at this particular goodwill, Jenny, is the absolute worst. They listed a pair of shoes for $7, but as soon as I brought the shoes to the register Jenny quickly said "Oh no this is not the correct price! You have to pay $20 for these shoes." and proceeded to rip the tag off of the shoes and quickly take them to the back stock room. This is fraud! We asked why when we're in California and professional retailers are required to honor the price that something is labeled otherwise it will be considered a bait and switch or false advertising. Jenny, who stated she was the store manager, proceeded to yell at my husband and myself in front of our two children and kicked us out the store despite the fact that we had just purchased a huge bag worth of merchandise. When I pulled out my camera, Jenny SCREAMED at us and threatened to report us and said I could not record their behavior and abusive language towards us and told us to leave or they would file some sort of an incident report, which we took to state that they were threatening to call the police. We are considering filing a charge with the Federal trade commission regarding this matter and we will never ever shop at Goodwill ever again. This is really sad because this is primarily where we come to find quality goods which has been in rare supplies lately anyway. The prices have gone up the quality of clothing and customer service has gone all the way down, so it's no longer advantageous for families looking for a good bargain on nice clothes to come here anymore without being threatened and overpriced for used shabby clothing.

The store is clean, organized and everything is nicely displayed. Staff here are friendly, efficient, polite and professional. They make sure that everybody follows Covid safety protocol. There's plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

I found this awesome Louis Vuitton sweater at this location. I have no idea if it's real or fake because it has no tage but it's excellent quality and looks brand new. Since I am plus size, they have a lot of cute plus size trendy clothing. The Fairfax location was my favorite location but now this one kinda pushed it to the side.

Typical goodwill, though the staff were particular friendly and helpful. Will definitely stop by again.

The Employees are kind, professional, and service adept, the Merchandise quality and variety along with the fair Prices, are well worth the visit! Especially on $1 Thursdays!!! Every Thursday, Every Week ~ Color of the Week items are just $1 (clothes, shoes, appliances, jackets, everything!) On Thursday's, I'll be at Goodwill in Glendale!!!

Goodwill used to have a great barrier of things and clothing for really inexpensive prices. Not so anymore. Lots of clothes, variety of other things is going down, and the prices are going up! Things that used to be $.50 are now $2.00. still less than new, but disappointing that they raised costs so much!

Whenever I'm in the mood for an adventure and want to be surprised Goodwill is the place to go. It also helps if you go and limit yourself to how much you want to pay. Some things are discounted half some things are 25%.sometimes you find something you've been looking for for a while and sometimes you're surprised. For normal everyday things I like getting a plaid shorts and hoodies for just plain junk I like finding things that I can put on display in my home.have you been shopping for a while at Goodwill you'll see that some of the prices have been gone up especially with furniture. But if you're willing to be patient and ready for the adventure this is the kind of place you want to go

Today, I nicely asked the young lady with the curly hair at the cash register (around 10 or 11 am) how often do new items come out from the back, she curtly answered me that they are short staffed and wouldn't give me a straight answer. I mentioned other locations push them out every 20-30 minutes; she didn't answer me. Then, eventually the store manager, who was awkward in her interactions, had the curly haired young lady push out the cart, but before pushing the cart out the manager mentioned about social distancing on the loud speaker. In my mind, going to a thrift store on a Sunday morning is about fun. I also completely endorse and support social distancing in light of covid. Back to the cart, the young curly haired lady pushed out the cart (corporate should check there cameras) I kept my social distance but she made it seem like I wasn't. These are just a few unfortunate interactions, but lead to bigger issue. I've noticed at Socal Goodwill, which is a great charity, that employees are using Covid protocols to make customers uncomfortable and unhappy. Please review these policies and train employees accordingly.
