Very nice experience, I came in with my 10 year old son to buy him some new shoes and the staff that were available were very helpful when I asked them for help. One person helped me with identifying weather the shoes my son was interested in where boys shoes and they were so that was good and another person helped me with finding some comfy basketball Shorts, lucky for me I found everything I needed in one place. The overall experience is a top 5 star! On top of that my purchased also earned me a $10.00 off rewards on my next purchase which is awesome!

The employees were very nice at this location when I went. I called ahead of time to see if a pair of shoes were in stock. They were nice enough to go back and check and were very kind when I came to buy them. It looks like an older location, but it was clean with ample parking.

I bought two pairs of shoes in store to be sent to my home in Arizona. It took them about a week and half to ship my shoes but when I get them they are not 10.5 , so I get in contact with customer service and they basically tell me they cannot help me. The people in store were a lot of help and made customer service issue me a refund but now I have to wait a month for them to send me a check. Will never buy online always in store from now on.
