Me and my son went to the Glendale galleria store. He was returning a couple of Christmas gifts. First the cashier gave him a little attitude. what the phone of the person that got you the gift. I have never been ask that. He had a gift receipt. So he saw a pair of converse shoes he has been wanting. It was a size 13. The cashier went in the back to get the other shoe. My son was trying them on. During this time the cashier left and i think it was a manager. My son return items and receipt were on the counter. I watch him throw away my receipt and just the throw the clothes to the side. I'm glad i saw what he did. i told him that was my receipt and clothes I'm returning. so my son was still trying on the shoes. He is a size 13 -14 shoe depends on the shoes. I walked over he said they fit. so i grabbed the shoe box so i could ring up the purchase. The manager kind of yell and me. HE CAN'T TRY ON THE SHOES. Than walks over to my son a tell him to take off the shoes. You are not a loud to try on shoes. I'm confused . these weren't 500 dollars Prada shoes. 105 dollar converse shoes. Sad to say i don't think we will be coming back to pacsun any time soon. We just go to Tilly's much better customer service.

Really bad customer service. As we were entering the store we were a floor associate asked us what brought us to the store. I told her that we’re looking for a Jordan sneakers. Do you carry them in the store? The sales associate says yes but I think we only have one style left. After she indicated they have one style left she just walked away. She should have walked us to their shoes section and pointed or showed us the Jordan that they carry but no she didn’t do any of that. Not even what color your looking for what size none of that at all. This store hires employees who doesn’t seem to care about their customers.

There is a super cute guy at the pacsun in the Glendale Galleria. He was very helpful and enhanced my experience. He looks like a mixture of chase Hudson and Cole sprouse.

It’s sad that I have to give this store a one star,but I have no choice ,and it’s all because of this Guy be the name of Dan, supposedly the manager in that store. His attitude and demeanor is truly unacceptable and unprofessional. I mean by far the worse customer service that I’ve had .He is rude to the core,he prefers to argue with me then to process my transaction. All I got from this transaction with him was, ignorance, bitchy and unprofessionalism, nothing else. This is my third time interacting with Dan ,and first two previous time he wasn’t good either, but as a sales person myself, knowing how customers to be difficult,i truly was giving him the benefit of the doubt .But today I’m speaking out.
