I love love Target, and always have! The Anaheim Hills Location is a wonderful store. Customer service is great. Store is immaculate and well organized. Target is my go to for groceries, housewares, clothing and seasonal items.

Seems personal vendettas are a thing here. Arrived with manager lady freaking out at Anaheim PD over a guy standing out asking for signatures for a petition. Thankfully Anaheim PD informed her she was in the wrong, she couldn't remove him cause it was his right to do so. She must not know Target doesn't own the space. My gripe was she was making it personal while representing a company.

They had what I needed. It was organized well. Lines were a little long because they didn't have enough cashiers and the self checkout was long. At least it was being manned by a live person. I know they can afford to have more people cashiering. It would have made the experience 5 stars if they weren't trying to skimp on payroll.

Customer service, drive up, timely orders have all been absolutely garbage here. I gave them 3 tries and they blew each and every chance with me. 1st instance - waited 45 minutes in the drive up for my order, no apology or sympathy from the employee for the delay. Time is valuable to me. 2nd instance - went to pick up my order that was “ready” and was told my item “disappeared” and was told to cancel my order when I arrived. At least I received an apology this time, but no further assistance in reordering my item/shipping it/finding it at another store. Time and gas are valuable to me. 3rd instance - placed a drive up order so I could grab the 2 items on my lunch break, orders are generally ready within 2 hours and I placed the order 3 hours in advance, the items was still processing by lunch time, so I cancelled the order. A two hour window during non peak hours for two very basic essential items seemed achievable but apparently not. I’m done with this store.

Long time customer and this has been my home store for the last 10 years. With the redcard and all the discounts and perks we do all our weekly grocery shopping at this location. Major shoutout to Ryan who is always friendly and when he is at the front always greets us with unmatched enthusiasm that makes us feel so welcomed.

Super rude staff! We came here this morning to drop off plastic bags for recycling. Cashier told us to wait at the customer service desk for help. An elderly Hispanic male staff (about 5’4” tall) who was sorting shopping carts came up to us and yelled at us for picking up trash from their store. We courteously asked him to stop yelling and explained we were told to wait there to drop off for recycling, but he would not listen or provide us with his name, “go FXXX off or I will call the cops!” We are middle-class, educated people and did not even swear or dress like homeless people?! We called the store afterwards to try to reach the store manager twice, but the computer kept hanging up on us also. Never returning!

Full stars for the staff working here. I've been the in community for over twenty years and have always had a positive experience when working with the staff. I recently tried their pick-up service and it was, fast, easy, and hassle free. I was greeted warmly and left very happy. However, the reflection of the stars is in reflection to the establishment allowing political parties promote their dialogues in front of the store. While it is not fair to put any other establishment in a review, I can respect when a company has made enough of a cultural/political stake to warrant it such as Hobby Lobby being famously conservative and Etsy. I come to shop at Target, because me and every other Californian are doing our "Target Run". While it may not be a whole cart of groceries, it may be someone's birthday, or we are responding to a registry, the holidays, or simply running in for prescriptions. Simply put, we have more things in mind than to be shouted at across the street when entering in. On one hand, yeah, anyone can ignore it, but I can't see myself continuing to see this as THE "get in-get out" store if that process is going to be result in the hounding by someone who has an off day, a half folding table, and a petition. This applies to both primary political spectrums, overtly.

Now, I don't like target but I gave it a chance to just do a pick up for a work item and at 4:34pm on a Wednesday in December they have 1 human working the order pick up and that person is also doing returns. I forgot to get her name she was awesome but what in the world... Have more people when people are getting off work during Christmas time. I won't be back untill it's an Amazon fulfillment center. ✌️
