If I could make this negative stars I would, I don't like to do reviews but the process ive had to deal with; just to return a product, that I paid extra money for. I paid for a warranty I should be able to come in and easily exchange in item, I want something that works, not my money back.

This Walmart has very friendly staff. Specifically one greeter. He's definitely handicapible! And is such a sweet greeter! He's a people person and does an amazing job making the customers feel welcome here.

I’d like to start by saying I’m a frequent customer. I come to shop and see happy employees enjoying their job providing phenomenal customer service to the folks who are there to pay for their paycheck. I went in today to simply take a passport photo and be on my way having to deal the most disgusting, lazy, angry/inside face I have ever came across Mr. William in electronics. I don’t know how you feel sir but if you are NOT happy then you shouldn’t be doing the job you are doing. I feel saddened to say that I will no longer be attending this Walmart anymore. Perhaps this company should start investing in those who want to truly put in effort and show that they are thriving to go above and beyond to help a customer in need. By the way, please clean the passport photo background it’s filthy.

It’s always clean, the checkouts are fast, the sec checkout employees are actually helpful and always around if you need help with something, and they are usually well stocked with everything. Prices are good, and they have everything you need. The produce is hit and miss, I try not to buy food items at this location, but the fridge/freezer food selections they do have is nice when you need something in a pinch when you’re out for other stuff. Bathrooms could definitely be cleaner and kept up better, but they’re not gross by any means. Curbside pickup is always quick and friendly, as is the in store pickup. The help center has been rude a few times about returns, but the problem always gets resolved or explained so can’t complain about that. Overall great store.

The store is like a catacomb. They have filled the main isle with rows of merchandise so much so that two carts can barely pass each other. Much of the merchandise we were looking for was miss marked. The prices on the shelves did not reflect the prices of the items above them. The prices on the shelves do not have the bar code on them so you can compare with the items. when we went to check out one item that had a long item marker on it did not have a bar code. The clerk said we needed to back to the far end of the store to get an item with a barcode or not buy the item. Great service??. We travel a lot and this was the worst Walmart we have been in. The ones we have been to in other countries are cleaner with unclogged isles.

Went last at 8:55pm no register open except self check out. So if you needed to buy a pack of cigarettes or alcohol you couldn't because their were no one working a register. I cannot figure out all these employees working but no one working on a register. And you could no pay cash at a self checkout because they closed the register that take cash. Now for a person that rather pay cash I couldn't. And since my debit card was compromised I had no debit card and of course you cannot write a check. All I went in for was milk and a loaf of bread and of course there was no bread on the shelf. So Walmart you lost a customer forever.

Great store and cleaner than most Walmarts especially more than the one in Santa Maria. I never ask the employees for help because the app tells you where everything is and if its in stock (app is a lot faster). Grab what you need and head to self check out. It's not complicated.
