I would give them no stars if that was an option. We went to replace an i phone. They said they had it, although on line, we could not order it. So we could not order it on line for pick up. They said it was too late to activate the phone, closing in 30 minutes. Would not let us buy the phone today and activate tomorrow, essentially the same as if you bought it from on line. Horrible customer service.

Very customer service savvy! They open the door for you when you come and when you go. They make sure you’re headed in the right direction for whatever it is you are visiting for. If your phone or other apple product is in disrepair, they explain what is going on and how long it is expected to take. They were very helpful.

Terrible experience yesterday because the guy who was supposed to sign me in did not do the 1 job he had. Instead he told me to go sit at a table in the back and wait for someone. For the 1/2 hour I sat where I was instructed to no one acknowledged me. My daughter and I watched as the other employees finished with their customers and went home. Kudos to the gentleman who did finally assist me, (five stars to you Sir). And Kudos to me for not setting it off for being ignored!!!!

Stopped in this a.m. to pick up an item. My daughter mentioned a glitch she just started having with her 12 Pro Max. We were immediately assisted by Gavin. He was super friendly. He explained everything in layman's terms and made suggestions. He was extremely professional and helpful

Went to the store for a simple warranty replacement and was told that, despite it being only a quick transaction that I would need to make a reservation and come back. Fine, whatever. Well, it turns out that after disentangling a convoluted system which always leads you back to online support, there aren’t any reservations at this or any other stores in the area. The process to find this out took about four hours, the end of which puts me back at square one. For a five minute or less transaction. I didn’t hate apple, but I do now. Way to go.
