Walmart
I’d like to start by saying I’m a frequent customer. I come to shop and see happy employees enjoying their job providing phenomenal customer service to the folks who are there to pay for their paycheck. I went in today to simply take a passport photo and be on my way having to deal the most disgusting, lazy, angry/inside face I have ever came across Mr. William in electronics. I don’t know how you feel sir but if you are NOT happy then you shouldn’t be doing the job you are doing. I feel saddened to say that I will no longer be attending this Walmart anymore. Perhaps this company should start investing in those who want to truly put in effort and show that they are thriving to go above and beyond to help a customer in need. By the way, please clean the passport photo background it’s filthy. ~Danny

Dollar Tree
Definitely one of the better Dollar Tree locations that I have been to. The people that work here are always very friendly and quick to ask for another checker when their line gets long. I like that Dollar Tree started carrying basic crafting supplies during the pandemic, I'm sure many people appreciate it also! What many of us did not appreciate was when Dollar Tree's prices went up. Items that previously cost $1.00, now go for $1.15 - $1.25. (Note: this isn't the fault of that particular location, but a decision made by their corporate office.) One thing I have noticed about this location that I do not like is that they seem to have a certain area that they routinely use as a "dumping ground". I call it that because the area never gets cleaned up. Often a cart filled with go backs or a couple boxes of stock not yet put out are parked in that area. And while the contents of the mess may change and it's precise location may shift by a few feet in one direction or another, it is still an area that customers are expected to shop in and walk through, despite the mess. It's a trip & fall accident just waiting to happen and I am amazed the store manager allows a clear safety hazard along with such an unpleasant part of the customer's shopping experience. *No, I did not get pictures but I will on a future visit if the dumping ground is still there! ~Katherine
AT&T Store
All employees greeted me when I entered the store even when helping other customers. The employees were friendly and honest. When I asked about upgrading my phones they gave honest opinions about what phones would best serve me. I never felt like anyone was trying to just sell me the most expensive phone. The sales person described to me the difference between each phone and in detail explained the cost difference. All employees were having positive interactions with other customers and seemed to treat all people with courtesy. All costs were explained to me before I made my final selections so I have no surprises with my next bill. The phone I wanted was not available in my color but they ordered for me immediately. I will always return to this location. Caesar was amazing and provided excellent service. He seemed genuinely happy about his job. He seems like a great asset to the Arroyo Grande location. ~Priscilla
Gill's Liquor
I put 20 in gas. It got me about 3 gallons. My vehicle gets 20 mpg average. I should have about 60 miles before empty again.... After getting fuel my vehicles computer told me I had 13 miles before I needed to re fuel again?!! I go down the street and put a $20 In my tank and then my vehicles computer system tells me I have 68 miles to empty.... Moral of the story their pumps are rigged and $20 at gills got me 13 miles, $20 at the station down the road got me roughly. 55 miles. Food for thought... ~Adam

7-Eleven
I use to come here in the 80’s 90’s was very cool people working!! However, the cashier’s not so cool!! They talk in different language around you and then laugh!! The owner is really cool but his relatives not so cool… just saying ~Libra
Jillians permanent makeup and eyelash extensions
Jillian is a true gem of an artist. My experience was very pleasant & her vibe is calm & relaxing. I knew I was going to receive quality & professional service at the consultation. I wish I would have found her sooner because I love my powder brows so much…it’s a makeover that I didn’t expect I would love so much. I’m now considering her for more of her beauty enhancement services. ~Christine
Village Salon
