I use to come here in the 80’s 90’s was very cool people working!! However, the cashier’s not so cool!! They talk in different language around you and then laugh!! The owner is really cool but his relatives not so cool… just saying

Short haired guy at night has been an issue for myself now on 3 different occasions. I will definitely be going somewhere else. From some comments to my girlfriend to just plain ignoring customers. What a joke this place is.

The man working tonight's shift needs an attitude check. Had a condescending demeanor. Otherwise, store was clean and well stocked.

The store employee was on his phone and gave me a dirty look when I asked him to warm up hot dogs in the Microwave.

The man working there didnt want to give me the deal 711 is advertising.. I went to a different 711 and got the exact deal he was refusing me. I shouldnt have to go around stubborn employees.

I give them 5 stars for being conniving thieves! One of the employees stole 500$ that I was reloading onto a prepaid debit card and was reasonably smart about doIng it...& almost got away with it... but didn’t. The cops had to be called so that the truth came out- yes he stole it but pretended he didn’t know what was going on even thought it was clear as day that he jacked it. I thought that maybe the manager wasn’t aware until they were forced to reimburse me & he had to pull 3 of the 5 100 $ bills out of his wallet to make up for the rest that the register didn’t have... after clearly seeing the employee put it in there. So be careful... they’re not nice ppl

Often change is good- new ideas, etc. the change in ownership at this 7-11 has not been positive. Customer service is just not there. I really miss the friendly clerks that were there before. The current guy just sort of grumbles. The store is now crowded to the max with so much merchandise it is actually intimidating. All this is after you try to find your way into the parking lot while navigating around the very large Dorritos truck that is often parked there. The adults in our family have just sought other quick markets- sad, as this one was so much more convenient.

Wanted to respond to the person that gave this store one star because the store wanted to change her ten cents for a bag. Good for you, 7-11 for following the laws of our county, San Luis Obispo. I can not walk into this store without being welcomed by the employees. They are always friendly and helpful!
