I had a leak in my a/c. I arrived at the appointment time and my vehicle was immediately brought in. Walt found the leak and recharged the coolant in quick order. He informed me that it would cost about $1000 to replace the leaking component as the entire dashboard would need to be removed to get at it. OUCH. He then suggested I try a specific coolant recharger with sealant that had good results for a slow leak like mine, and showed me where and how to do it. I call that putting the customer's interest first. Service: A/C installation & repair

I have to admit, when I rounded the corner and saw this tiny little garage at the end of the road, I was skeptical. I also reminded myself that some of these small mom & pop shops are home to some of the nicest, most honest people you will meet; I was not wrong on either account! I am new to the area and my AC wasn't working so I looked around for a garage and diligently read reviews. This shop was head and shoulders above the rest in regards to fair pricing, honesty and good old fashioned customer service that is was an easy call to make. I dropped off the car and within a very short period of time, Walt called me back, let me know what the issue was and offered (recommended) a cheap fix as opposed to a full tear down and replacement. I went with his recommendation and I had my car back later that afternoon with a fully functioning AC unit. I was so impressed with the speed of the work and again the honesty of what needed to be done, I have sent 4 other family members over, all of them completely satisfied!
