I have to admit, when I rounded the corner and saw this tiny little garage at the end of the road, I was skeptical. I also reminded myself that some of these small mom & pop shops are home to some of the nicest, most honest people you will meet; I was not wrong on either account! I am new to the area and my AC wasn't working so I looked around for a garage and diligently read reviews. This shop was head and shoulders above the rest in regards to fair pricing, honesty and good old fashioned customer service that is was an easy call to make. I dropped off the car and within a very short period of time, Walt called me back, let me know what the issue was and offered (recommended) a cheap fix as opposed to a full tear down and replacement. I went with his recommendation and I had my car back later that afternoon with a fully functioning AC unit. I was so impressed with the speed of the work and again the honesty of what needed to be done, I have sent 4 other family members over, all of them completely satisfied! I can never get a hold of them. I tried calling a number of times and no answer, I leave messages, they don't get back to me. I've even e-mailed them and they don't get back to me. How can you run a business and not get back to your customers? It's time to work on your communicating skills. ~Jennifer
