Razor's was amazing! My husband hit a deer with my car and Razor's took care of it perfectly, and in better condition than she was pre-accident. Considering Honda parts were seriously backordered due to the pandemic, they got her back to me in less time than they initially quoted. They even cleaned and detailed the interior before I picked her up. Would definitely recommend. Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Beautiful job on my wife's car. Beyond the excellent work, she got the car back cleaner than she dropped it off. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with their work on my repair to my truck. They also found a problem with my tow hitch and allowed me to purchase a new one that they installed to make towing my RV safe.

Ray was was awesome to work with. Highly recommend contacting him if you need work done. Great service, great work. Hit a deer and had significant damage to the jeep. Insurance company took it to Key Collision where the jeep was inspected, broken parts taken off, freon and anti-freeze was removed. Well, I ended up having the jeep taken to Razors to be fixed. Needless to say, he received it in worse condition. He was able to put it back together and it looks and drives great.

Awesome job. The car looks like it was never in an accident! They were transparent about what they were doing from the start, laying out everything in the estimate, and discussing ways that they could try to bring the price down without taking shortcuts. The final bill was almost exactly what they estimated and the looks great. Thanks Ray and Mike!

I decided my 2008 truck needed an estimate for a rust patch behind the driver's side back quarter panel (bed panel, behind back tire), a new rear bumper to replace the original bumper that had developed rust patches, a new tailgate to replace the scratched up original, a general light rust body work on each side of the truck, and a full exterior paint job. Brought truck here where they took pictures and said that the barely visible, light rust dots on the side of the truck (not including the rust patch, rear bumper, and tailgate) were on the surface and likely due to rail dust (hot brake dust hitting the sides of the truck over the years) and that it should sand out before painting. They sent me an estimate for the full job and I asked if they could also send me a second estimate for fixing just the rust spot behind the driver's side back tire and replacing the rear bumper. They sent the second estimate and said that they couldn't just fix and then paint the small rust patch area but that they would have to repaint the whole rear quarter panel (driver's side) and they asked if I wanted the side decals replaced after painting. I said I did. We agreed to the work of the second smaller estimate and they had the truck on Monday and we went to pick it up at the end of the same week. The rust patch repair was fixed and the new bumper looked good. Unfortunately there was an unidentified pre-existing dent along the top of the bed rail that stuck out like a sore thumb with the new paint job. I was surprised we had not received a call about this dent while the work was in progress to see if we wanted it fixed. Mike (not the owner) said they would address the dent when the truck came back in for the rest of the light body work. This seemed like a fair solution and then my husband and I said we were interested in having them put on the new tailgate sooner after all. The owner said he wasn't convinced we needed a new tailgate and that he thought he could clean up the rust and repaint the tailgate and it would be cheaper and get more life out of the existing tailgate. He quoted us $400 verbally and my husband asked him to call during the week to let us know if there were any surprises with the tailgate once the owner started getting into the work. The owner agreed he would call. Again, unfortunately, the owner never called midweek to give a status of the tailgate. The final cost for fixing the tailgate was $600 (not the $400 quoted). The only call we received was at the end of the week to say the work was done and the tailgate was ready. I went to pick it up at the end of the week and noticed there was a piece of debris that had been painted on to the exterior of the tailgate. Mike said to come back in and they would address the debris. I showed the owner the debris and he commented that the debris was indeed part of their paint job. He did some wet sanding using some sort of cream, a handheld electric buffer, and intermittent rubbing with a cloth to remove the debris and "fill in" the spot. This debris spot is now a weak point in the tailgate paint job. The owner made it clear he was not happy with having to spend time fixing this problem. While he was working on this debris, he began saying he could not do the rest of the truck work for the estimate we were given (via email) and that he could not just deduct the work that had already been done and use that as the new quote (contrary to what we had been told previously). He started adding tasks to the future work and was jacking up the original estimate by thousands of dollars. Not once did the owner apologize for not calling (twice!) to get clarification on things that popped up during the two jobs or for getting debris in the paint job (and painting over it again) and then compromising the paint job with the debris removal. Mike has been great to work with but he can only do so much, he's not the owner.

I highly recommend razors for body work! Due to avoiding a car accident happening right in front of me, I turned onto a side street and tapped a snow bank. Being cold, my bumper shattered, headlight broke, fender bent...after communication with razors and a short stint at the shop and a very reasonable price, my car looks brand new again (inside and out). Everyone at razors is extremely polite and professional. I have not one bad thing to say and can't say enough about their work and how happy I am with the entire process. Thank you all at razors for a fantastic job on my caddy!!

I just put $4,500 into restoring my 2010 Grand Marquis. That may seem like a lot of money, but considering that I'll get another 15-20 years out of the car, it works out to be small change in the long run... and I now have a "brand new" 2010 car! I used to do body work and I've painted a lot of cars... so I know quality when I see it. If you just want a quick, cheap paint job you should go somewhere else. But, if you want real quality that will last, Razor's is the place for you.

Just picked up a car from Razors. They took care of a small dent in the rear panel of a small SUV and did a great job. They are easy to deal with, work fast and offer reasonable rates. Would highly recommend! Thanks, Ray!
