I recently had a very bad experience at another dealership. I found a vehicle I wanted at new car of Tilton but I was very discouraged about the shopping process prior to going there. When I walked in the door I met a young salesman named Grayden. He handled my entire sale and not only made the process enjoyable but made it a fairly quick and easy process. He definitely went above and beyond and actually made car shopping fun. He called a few days later to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and gave me an overall amazing experience buying a car, some thing that I was really dreading doing. Gabby, who took care of my financing, was not only efficient and amazing at her job, she had the best personality! Between these two individuals they made my day. I love my new vehicle and would recommend anyone go see Grayden if you’re looking for a new or used car. He is the best!

Few weeks back , my Car wouldn’t start.Jaime in the Ford Service dept. was a life saver he not only made sure my car was taken care of. He made sure to contact my warranty and the dealer I purchased my car from. His customer service and persistence made a bad day turn out a lot better. Mike Z. Was able to get me into a brand new VW Taos at a reasonable price around where I know I can afford my payments, he took great care to make sure I found the car I loved and didn’t settle for something I kinda liked. Not only did he dedicate himself to finding me the perfect car but he stayed late to make sure paperwork was taken care of and I was comfortable with how to car features are. Car buying is a dreaded activity but Mike made it easy going and a much more enjoyable experience! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!!

I had a tremendously positive experience at Nucar Tilton! Lisa Young went above and beyond with her work with us! David Miles was also amazing throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things. Especially since I get very self conscious with the car buying experience, not knowing as much as a should about vehicles. They never once made me feel like My best interest wasn’t in mind. I thank them and will use again for sure!

Was very well taken care of by Steven. Went in knowing what I wanted for the most part. He didn't waste my time trying to get me in a different direction. Just showed me what I wanted I made an offer and he got right back to me within a half hour because I needed to leave and couldn't wait around. Went in on Monday made a deal had my new truck ready for me on Wednesday morning. I'll keep going back next time I need a new vehicle.

I had a wonderful sales lady who worked at the Kia dealership absolutely incredible no pressure no nothing. Probably the best salesperson I've had to deal with ever vehicle shopping to be honest. However when I had to deal with the sales manager I said this truck needs a clutch it's definitely almost completely spent. It just needs a clutch if you do that I'm all in and they weren't having it. He said it was fine it drove fine. I replied no I've driven four of these and this one needs a clutch this exact model this exact engine the same manual transmission and they wouldn't do it plus it also had a really bad belt noise that's pretty common on these trucks. I understand it's a business and they overpaid for it and they're trying to make money but I just think that should be taken care of in the tires were going to need to be done before winter so it wasn't the right truck for me so I didn't buy it

I bought a new truck from them 2 years ago. Then sold it a few months ago and bought another different new ram and I'm now buying a new Ford bronco and went put a deposit on it then they sold it right after and didn't tell me for a few days. So I put a deposit on one at a different dealership that will honor their word. Good service department but apparently Brian Chapman in sales isn't a good person to buy from and not a good look on nucar. Don't plan on going there again for my next car.

Jeremy Kercheval (Sales Consultant) and Kate Tourville (Finance Manager) made the process of leasing my new 2021 Volkswagen Atlas a dream. They both communicated very well with me and were very thorough throughout the process. It was such an easy transaction from start to finish.
