We purchased my Daughters first car from Ross and had the best experience! He was kind, accompanying, and went out of his way to help us in every way he could! He didn’t have the exact car we were looking for, but knew he was soon getting one he thought we would be interested in, so once the car came in, he sent us videos about it and gave us all the details of the car. We drove almost two hours to test drive it and were very impressed with how clean it was- it looked brand new! He takes great pride in his business and it shows. He is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to any car. The purchasing process was very easy and we walked away feeling very happy we chose Cupples. After purchasing the car, we found that it needed a small repair and Ross was so accommodating, made us an appointment, had it fixed and also paid for the repair.
