We just can't say enough about everyone at Colony Auto in Dover. We have used them a few times for a few different vehicles and they are always fantastic. Great customer service and communication and the quality of their work is amazing. I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer and brought my truck to Colony Auto. (As I have in the past) Right from the start, John the Owner and Todd the Manager were "One of a Kind" Awesome. They were truly compassionate, honest, helpful and customer service focused. All the work performed, was done to perfection and they did an outstanding job. I do recommend them for their excellent quality and amazing results. They are the only "First Class" auto body around, with the best reputation. Very few people today go Above and Beyond or Go the Extra Mile for you, But Colony Auto does.

Someone scraped the side of our car in a parking lot, and we brought the car to Colony to see what it would need to be fixed. John checked it out and said it could be buffed out and it would not need a paint job. He had it done in just a few minutes and it looked fantastic! It's not often anymore that you get the feeling that people really care that you're a happy customer. Sometimes you work with a local business that reminds you of how great customer service used to be everywhere. Can't say enough great things about how we were treated by John and John Sr Occhipinti at Colony Auto in Dover. You can tell that they value their relationships with customers. In addition to excellent service and advice, their work is top shelf. I had a long scratch in the back door of my truck right down to the metal. The repair is like factory. I rarely take time to write a review, but after the experience with Colony Auto, I had a change of heart. I have never met a group of more kind-hearted people that take a genuine concern for your vehicle. I am new to the area, and after an unfortunate accident where I was rear-ended, the process could not have been more simple. Not only did they set up the rental car, and give recommendations, they got my truck fixed within an extremely timely manner, even with a parts shortage and it looks brand new. I got to talk to several of the employees there, and all showed genuine concern to make sure that the repairs were done to my satisfaction, and I was later informed that the parts were covered for as long as I own the vehicle. To my surprise, when I got my truck back, it had been detailed inside and out. I would gladly bring my truck back to them, and I would recommend Colony Auto to anyone new to the area or not. It's impossible to praise this wonderful family owned business enough. The owner, John took the time to call me personally when issues arose with my insurance company. John took the extra time needed to work with my insurance and provided me with the best possible outcome. I'm not even a regular customer of his, but he still went the extra mile for me. The work was perfect! My vehicle was cleaned and detailed and looked like it did the first day I got it. These guys are honest, do awesome work, and are very knowledgeable. This company does a great job and takes pride in what they do and it shows. From the customer service as you walk through the door, to the quality in their service. Came here after another car t-boned me to get my car fixed. As soon I walked in I was greeted and helped out instantly with the utmost respect. They walked me through the whole process, got me a rental delivered and helped me deal with the insurance company. The professionalism from John his other employees is what I look for in a company.
