I am reviewing strictly the Lobby at Tradeport. It is in fact a hidden gem! The new manager is great to work with and pricing is incredibly discounted. I had her check online prices for many things and they were all significantly lower in the store. If you love yard sale shopping this will be your new favorite spot. The best part is the items are brand new, usually in the original packaging! Only downfall is the limited hours.

I picked up a couple side tables at a huge discount! They have a couple light scratches which I was fully aware of but it’s worth checking out and wandering through the rooms of random items! I’ll definitely be back!

When you buy a product from the company and you’re looking forward to receiving such a product do usually hope to get that product when you open up the box and see a completely different product and then the only way to get in touch with the company is to email that’s hard customer service Then to be told oops sorry send it back and then we’ll see if we have inventory and at the Christmas time and not being cold if it’s a very least they have it in stock is not good customer service not what you expect from an e-commerce retailer

Thank you AGAIN Patrick for the MOST AMAZING service and resolution to our eBay, way past warranty, dilemma. I purchased a pair of swim fins 10 months ago, but did not need them until recently. When I went to use them, I discovered that they were not the correct size . Sent the incorrect item. Rather than offering to arrange a pick-up at my home, wanted me to drive to UPS store during the statewide lock-down to drop it off at the store. Unnecessary and when I made the request, they refused and were unapologetic. I wouldn't do business with them.

I received my purchase faster than expected! Got a great deal because the packaging was a little dinged up, but the laptop worked perfectly fine. Runs like a dream, for about half of what I'd have paid in a store.

I ordered a beater for a mixer for my daughter’s birthday. She used it once and the rubber separated from the beater. When I asked for a replacement, I was told it was past their 30 day return period. I explained it was a gift and had just been given to my daughter so we just found out it was defective and I asked them to reconsider. They would not budge. Most companies would make an exception seeing that the product was defective and that it had just been given for a gift. Good companies work with their customers to ensure good customer service and strive to offer quality products. The person I dealt was not professional and was actually rude. I would NEVER order from them or recommend them to any of my friends.
