Bought modem and service 2 hours ago. Does not work. Xfinity cannot help and Boost store does not issue refunds. Buyer beware! UPDATE: after four days of holds and transfers with customer service at Boost Mobile and Xfinity the end result was that I needed a live coax hook up to to activate service. The associate that sold me the modem insisted all I needed was a power supply. I was very misinformed by the sales rep in the store.

We have had 2 lines with Boost 4 yrs. We went 2 Elm St. store & delt with Harry who lied to us several times. Tried to sell us 2 very expensive phones saying he only had those in stock til we were going 2 leave. Pulled out a different phone, cheaper. Then wanted 2 charge us for services we did not have on a broken phone, we said no. So he changed that fee 2 an activation fee we never had paid before with Boost. He lied about the phones he had in stock so we would buy the more expensive phone, then came up with a way to charge us again. Other Boost stores don't charge have these fees and a lying Harry working for them. Why have set fees and plans when Harry can make up his own? They don't give long time customers credit either. DO NOT GO TO THIS BOOST STORE.!! If you do, you will charged for fees that other stores don't have and be lied to about the phones in stock. You will get no credits either.

I will never buy anything from this store again. They switched to 5g and I asked the guy in the store if anything was going to change with my monthly plan and was told no. I was billed $10 more a month after they switched. I called customer service and was on the phone for the better part of 3 hours. Every person I spoke to told me it was fixed and it never was so I went back to the store and was told to go back today and the manager would be there and would fix it. I went today and the manager was not there. The store guy called customer service and told me the plan was no longer available and I would have to pay the $10 more a month. This guy also tried to sell me a tablet for $40. When I wouldn't buy it he dropped it to 30. Fortunately I didn't buy it because when I went in today the price tag said $10. They are thieves. Don't buy anything from them! 🤨 I would just like to add a thank you to Boost Mobile owner below for responding to my complaint and avoiding all the real issues I spoke of in my post. That store is so trashy. They are probably using it to do something illegal. I mean something other than the way they conduct their cell phone business.

Don't waste your time. The prices in store are substantially higher than the boost mobile website. The phone I wanted was $50 more in store and he also wanted to charge a $35 activation fee for an already active acct. The clerk did nothing to help and refused to budge on any pricing. This is why brick and mortar stores are falling by the wayside. Better prices and services are all online.

I hadn't any problems with Boost Mobile until they partner up with Dish Wireless this summer. I then lost cellular service at home and the cellular service was spotty when traveling; only in cities were the signal bars full. This forced me to switch to Consumer Cellular and I now have full cell coverage.

Went with a friend we both had issues with our cell phones. The female store clerk was helpful and courteous but unfortunately she wasn't able to fix our issues but recommended an upgrade.

Been call all day today, spoke with someone, got the information he asked for. Now I can't get through to anyone. I don't even have a cell phone . I helped to pay a bill for my son a few months ago one time payment and I see that I have been charged each month. I can't even get through with that 866 number so ticked off right now!!!

bought a new phone from Walmart, the employee at the store insisted I had to come into the Manchester location to get it turned on and he would not offer any other solutions than me pay an extra 25$(it's boost do I look like I have money). Went on the website and saw that that was a lie, these aren't robocallers.but they are scamming hodgies
