My puppy has ocular hypoplasia, poorly developed ocular nerved aka limited eye sight. When she became injured and required a E-collar the standard plastic cone was not acceptable as it would have further impede her vision. I called around, to closer places, to include my vets office. No one had the inflatible E-Collar --- But PETCO did.

Carol is a treasure! Cleo is an unfriendly cat, however, she melts with Carol picks her up. I believe she senses she's safe.

I went in and tried to ask if they sold anything ant related for my colony, and the female cashiers laughed at me and turned away making fun of me so I just left. People like this disgust me and I will never go there again.

Besides their reptiles in tiny tanks being fed wrong diets and emaciated, they are trying to charge 17 cents a cricket when petsmart does 11 cents and then when they say they price match petsmart they apparently want a picture of the item in store. If I went to petsmart in the store to take a picture why would I ever go to petco where pets go to die? Don't even get me started on their fish section

They ladies in the grooming dept. are very nice and speedy. They had probably 6 cute dogs all getting the beauty treatment and they still were nice and took my dog on to clip his nails. Nice job.

Be careful buying animals from this location, bought a snake from them last week. Woke up today to the snake flopping in his tank, drooling and then just dropped in his tank, when I pulled him out he was limp. Called them they were amazingly nice on the phone had me bring him in offered an exchange as it’s only been a week he shouldn’t have died. Get to the store and the managers accuse me of saying that I dropped him down a laundry shoot? I live in a mobile home, with no laundry shoot as if I’d even need to say that considering I told them what actually happened on the phone and when I arrived. They shouldn’t be selling animals only to have them die on the purchaser within 1 week.
