The pumps are almost always out of paper, so I have to go inside to get a receipt. If I pay at the pump I should be able to get a receipt at the pump. I have to spend extra time going inside and waiting in line just to get my receipt. I've reported this problem many times on the app and inside the store, but they don't seem to care. Update: My wife asked for the key to the restroom and was told that they keep it closed at night. That was around 9:00 PM. We went to Irving and spent our money there instead.

Go somewhere else all the homeless bums sit out front and harass you for money

Expensive gas prices compared to nearby gas stations, even with the 10 cent Cumberland discount. Employees are nice and helpful. It’s not uncommon to encounter sketchy customers, be aware.

Used to be a great convenience store till some sketchy characters started posting up here. Great, friendly employees and decent prices don't make up for the worry of thinking my car will be broken into by the denizens in the parking lot while I run inside - will gladly drive a little further for peace of mind. While the denizens seem to primarily congregate at this store, ever since the shelter opened on N. State, all the c-stores now feel sketchy.

Standard Cumby's experience. Better quality coffee than most gas station/convenience stores, at a great price.

The manger that works in the morning Is the rudest person to employee's and customers you hear her cursing in the morning from the back. Not polite at all! And it's all the time

I have to say i am rating this particular store as a *1...this Cumberland Farms does not even deserve 1 star. The employees at this store treat their customers very very poorly. Especially their occasional homeless customers. Key word here being CUSTOMERS. I have personally witnessed harrassment, belittling and just plain hateful comments towards certain customers in particular just bc of their way of life?! And are often treated less than a human being and actually was told so one instance while i was enjoying a cup of coffee in the A.M your employees actually teamed up with two other customers and straight up BULLIED a man bc he was homeless! It was disgusting! I like the coffee here but i wont be returning to this store again. These type of instances happen too often at this location. I myself was mistaken and treated TERRIBLY on multiple occasions and so have a few of my colleagues as well as my husband. You dont even have White Reese's...smh

This Cumby's deserves the 5 stars because no matter how busy the store may be; even when the gas pumps are full & people are in the store, you STILL get quick friendly service no matter what your purpose may be. The cashiers are always laughing. It's nice.
