Valvoline in Concord was great. Took care of my oil change in no time. They also helped me on Sunday when no stations were open and fixed a mudflap that was hanging from ice a month ago. Highly recommend!

A little pricey. That said, the crew is knowledgeable, professional, and any suggestions they have are relevant. Servicing of your vehicle is done quickly. Crew double checks each other's work against a checklist. Bays are drive-through and terminals are in every bay; I literally was able to stay in my car the whole time. Fast, thorough, and convenient to use. Recommended!

I've been going to Valvoline for a while now, but just moved into state and Shayne really took care of my vehicle. Previous mechanic didn't properly hook up the battery tie down and a few other things. Shayne tightened everything down while the techs were finishing up my oil change. Shayne has a mechanics version of bedside manner and made me feel confident in driving my car despite the previous mechanics work. I also got my snow tires put on as a tire rotation and August was sure to make sure my hub centric rings for my aftermarket wheels were not damaged and advised me to keep them somewhere safe. If you have any doubts, keep in mind that they only do a few services so that lets them focus on being good at them.

They are very professional and informative. They do, like any place, offer things you don’t need, but they don’t push it. Very quick service and they show you what it’s gonna cost every step of the way. The inspections do take longer than most places, so make sure you get in real early if you don’t want to wait all day. I have never had a negative experience at a Valvoline, and my experience at Concord’s location this morning was no exception. Quick, easy, through service and they always take the time to explain my options and teach me something about my car’s own maintenance. The guys in the shop this morning were incredibly pleasant and even put up with my pre-coffee brain. Highly recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable service, VERY quick and efficient compared to the dealer services I'm accustomed to. Went in for an oil change, and they also caught that my engine air filter was becoming clogged as well as starting to deteriorate (they even show you without being asked.) Prices were competitive for my vehicle, which requires 8 quarts of full synthetic. All without ever getting out of the vehicle, including payment. They are definitely my go-to for oil changes now!

Alway find this Concord location to be my best choice. They’re courteous, thorough and still fast. Always provide options and clear recommendations with questions. Their price point is consistent and competitive. Most I’m confident they know exactly what they are doing and are experienced and trained with checks n balances. Good place to go for an inspection, but you have to be the first one there or be prepared to wait. I feel like every other service they offer is overpriced. They also recommend services you don't need yet, according to the owners manual of the vehicle. Know what you need or just say no.

Got both my car and truck done in just about an hour. Dave the manager was amazing, great personality, honest as and overall great guy. All the staff enjoyed a visit from the pups.
