Very nice experience. I was on a trip in North Conway when my car started having serious issues. I spoke with Sherry and she was so kind in helping me through the process. I dropped off the car in the morning and was updated through the day by Sherry. I ultimately ended up having the car towed back to my hometown but was so pleased with the service provided and couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Big shoutout to Sherry for being patient and understanding during this unexpected issue. Thank you!

Billie jo and sherry are amazing ladies at the Conway location! They are very nice and helpful. Super understanding ladies and very down to earth. Love going to this shop. We are from Rhode Island and staying in Conway for a few days. On the second day in my daughter’s car would not start. I can not say enough about autocare plus. Both Billie Jo and Sherrie were kind, caring and courteous from the time that my daughter called about the car until the minute the car was picked up. They both made us feel at ease about leaving the car to be fixed by a place and people that we did not know. They called and emailed us every step of the way to keep us informed. These guys lied to my face about basically everything. Told me my cabin air filter was dirty and that my fluids were all dirty even though the fluids were crystal clear and I personally had changed my cabin air filter the day before. They also tried to tell me that I needed a major fix with my exhaust which turned out to be a one clamp. They wanted about $1000 for that. They wanted about $4000 total for repairs and refused to pass my vehicle on inspection. A place right down the road had zero problems passing inspection for it. Impossible to have any trust or respect for people who mislead you and try to fleece you out of your money. Shame on you **** Updating to respond to owner **** Did you take a photo of the cabin air filter which takes 30 seconds to get to during your "comprehensive multi point digital inspection"? Or did you just assume it was dirty? Did you actually look in the fluid reservoirs? Or did you see that the reservoirs themselves were cloudy and dirty and assume the fluids inside were? The steering rack got plugged for $80 and has not leaked since. Saved $1600 on that part of the recommended repairs. The exhaust line item did indeed total over $900 on the written estimate you provided. It's passed inspection now twice at different locations without issue. The belt you mentioned got replaced for $210. It's easy to get to

Brought my car here to have it diagnosed for a steering problem. Two days later I get a call, it needs brakes all around. I asked if they diagnosed the steering problem, and they said the brakes are the steering problem. Even though the issue persists without any brake pressure. I asked them just to do the front pads as those are all that was worn when I checked it the day before it went in, and they said they will not. I am now out two extra days without a car and they tried to hard sell me into $1,000 sale that I did not need, that would not have fixed the problem. Beware of this garage. Go elsewhere.

Alternator failed leaving me and my family stranded in Conway. Sherry was the only one to give us a moment of her time. This shop was the only place to tells us they could look at our van, all other shops told us they were too busy. Once there, they offered us a courtesy vehicle to get my family back home since hotels and car rental agency’s were booked. Sherry, Jeff, Joe, and Eric went above and beyond for my family when we were stranded. We’d still be there today if it wasn’t for them. They’re kindness won’t be forgotten. Thank you guys. I went in for an inspection on my vehicle and it needed the rear brakes repaired, they were able to reschedule me within the day and get them done despite only having one technician on staff. When there was an issue, they showed me physically what the problem was, love that! The two fine ladies at the counter, Marcy and Sherry (sorry if i spell the names wrong), kept me entertained and even jumped in to help get my car repaired faster. And the technician that worked on my car was excellent as well, Chris. He got it done in a timely fashion and treated my car well. I am very excited to bring my vehicle back to them whenever it needs repairs. Overall an excellent trip to the auto shop. Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Vehicle Inspection

I was visiting the area and hit a deer. This place was the only place even willing to look at my vehicle. The looked at immediately when I arrived. They were concerned for the safety of my vehicle and that I was okay. They went over and above to expedite parts to try and get me back on the road. Due to issues out of all of our control, I had to leave the vehicle and go home. They kept me up to date every step of the way. Even found a used grill so that my new radiator and condenser units would get any damage driving home. I can not thank them enough. They worked hard to make it a positive and at many times a humorous experience. Not that I wish anyone to need their services by hitting a deer, I would go back in an instant. Heck I might just drop in the next time im in That area to say thank you again.

I’m new to the area & Auto Care Plus came highly recommended, I can see why! I will be bringing my VW only to them from now on! 5 stars all the way!!
