I had the very best experience here the other day...I could not find a rear windshield wiper anywhere for my car as mine had broken off..The man who helped me at Napa went above and beyond..he was determined to find me one..they were out of the specified one so he researched and actually went out and tried 2 different wipers on my car in the freezing cold...they didnt fit so he kept searching and finally the 3rd one he tried fit! I wish I knew his name because he deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service.I told him he had made my day because he did..All the guys are great at Napa-I deliver food to them alot-so if you need anything for your vehicle this would be the #1 place to go!

Love to deal with the people in my local Napa which is in redstone New Hampshire. What can I say they know parts for sure. Fast courteous service! If it's not in stock it will be there by the next day or sooner! I hate it when something breaks down and I need a part but that's where I go!
